My #1 calling software
Can make calls to most countries at an affordable cost. The interfaces with applications in my ecosystem: Pipedrive for CRM, Modjo for notes and commercial coaching are working smoothly.
It has quickly become my #1 calling software.
Very disappointed with the product
Very disappointed with the product. Absolutely no customer support after the sale. Have logged tickets, started chats & received no actual response except AI. Can’t receive any authentication texts to our numbers on Aircall so now we have been locked out of crucial accounts including banking. We have a business with 3 different numbers ported to Aircall. Buyer Beware.

Hidden fees stay away
The service from their call is one of the worst I've ever seen. They also hide a lot of their fees, so they quote you a really low fee and then increase their invoice by nearly 20%. I would not do this company again if I had the choice.
Two days of silence, then a lecture
Upgraded to Professional for the power dialler. The quote came back with two AI Assist licences I never asked for. I asked for a corrected invoice and chased six times over two days. Nothing.
The only reply from my Customer Success Manager, Omar, was one line: "You have already signed the contract." My account was still sitting on Essentials the whole time. I'd signed for a dialler my team couldn't use.
When I pushed back, I got a lecture about my tone instead of the invoice I'd asked for six times.
Cancelled. Moved provider. Take the money, deliver nothing, then lecture the customer — that's the Aircall experience.
We recently onboarded with the company
We recently onboarded with the company, and Varsha was fantastic throughout the entire process - a real asset to the business. We look forward to seeing what we can do with AirCall!

Please don’t work with this company
Please don’t work with this company. They will charge you whatever they want, and there’s no way to get your money back. Even if you contact them, they never respond with a resolution. I lost $640 with them and received no resolution.

New sales inquiry logged last week…
New sales inquiry logged last week after spending 35 minutes on hold calling in, passed around the pass the monkey. Call booked today with an Account Executive
"1 minute past our scheduled call I get an email: My apologies but I will not be able to make our scheduled call today. Please use the attached link to book a new time with one of my colleagues instead.
A little heads-up would have been courteous.

They don't care about their customers.
They keep changing the Aircall workspace - not for the better - now if a customer calls in, and you use an integrated system with their dialler - you can't even see who is calling in. You can't use the autodialler feature, as you have to click two times to see who you're actually dialling. It was much better before, and now I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! They are progressively making it worse with each update. They told my director that we are the only company complaining, when I have an email from them saying we are not the first to complain. They don't care about the functionality for their customers. If you are looking for a decent voip phone company, avoid this one at all costs.

Used Aircall 1+ year
Used Aircall 1+ year. Twice forced into unwanted extensions: missed a cancellation deadline with zero flexibility, then a full extra month at full price just to port our number out (16-20 day process, but no reduced/number-only option offered). Pricing/terms are opaque until you dig. Any flexibility only came after we pushed back hard. Calling itself worked fine, but the contract feels built to trap and upsell, not to let you leave cleanly. Track your dates closely.

We canceled our subscription just three…
We canceled our subscription just three days after the annual renewal because we were no longer using the product. We contacted customer support immediately, explained that we hadn't used the service since the renewal, and requested a refund for the approximately $2,000 charge.
Unfortunately, our request was denied with no flexibility or consideration, despite the fact that we reached out almost immediately after renewal and had not used the product. The response we received was essentially, "It is what it is," which came across as dismissive and disappointing.
I understand companies have renewal policies, but many SaaS providers make reasonable exceptions when customers contact them promptly after an automatic renewal, especially when there has been no usage. Instead, we ended up paying $2,000 for a product we didn't use.
Based on our experience, don't expect any flexibility or customer-focused resolution if you miss the renewal date by even a few days.

Aircall is similar to any VOIP phone provide, your numbers get flagged as SPAM. I DO NOT Recommend for any sales organization, as you'd just be throwing sales down the drain. Calls go straight to a screening process or go straight to voicemail and never get returned. It's junk, complete JUNK.
