Quick refund
Following my previous review of this company and reflecting on experience of another reviewer I am pleased to say that I have received my refund in less than a fortnight after returning a product. Not only that, but my refund was in full and I did not have to pay the cost of returning the air conditioner. Now that is what I call first class service.

Took ages to get refund refund.
Bought an air conditioning unit and had to return it. I was told I would get a refund within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks no refund. Called them and it says offices closed. After leaving a negative review on trust pilot and complaining to Paypal, I finally got refund however extremely hard work
