I follow the rules. Pack and protect the parcel like its going to the Arctic. Give proper measurements and weight. Protect the label. Put redundant address hygiene in the package. Slow delivery is part of the deal, be patient. Keep good records and customer service will find your package. It might get held up in customs but customer service knows the location of the package.
This company is actually Parcel Monkey by another name as their invoices indicate. Aircitypost sent me an invoice with the correct address information to send a package to Hong Kong, my package was sent to China main land and has been sitting in customs for 5 weeks. I have lost my $500 package and shipping cost. I would suggest NEVER USE this company for any shipping or as a third party due to their stupidity and ignorance. BUY from the USA and avoid these China Scams!
