Great customer service, with great advice.
Couldn't fault anyone I dealt with. A must if you need to be cooled down.

When we commenced doing our new extension project, I was keen to get some Aircon in the House due to the warmer weather in summer.

I found the company via google search and contacted them immediately as my builder was keen to get all piping work at the time.

In the past I contacted another company and whilst they booked me for a survey did not turn up as I did not reconfirm.

When I contacted Neil, he was ready to come in for a no obligation quote and survey to help me make the right decision. This was crucial for me as in the past I was mislead to buy an unknown make unit and I had to return it as I wasn’t sure if it would work.

Neil came as promised and gave me good ideas on how we could get Aircon in the House with the least possible trouble. He was honest and said that due to the high efficiency units they supply they attract a Vat of just 5% and not 20% which I was quoted by others.

As I was keen to make a decision and get someone to prepare for the unit to go in, Neil gave me quotations the very day and I was very impressed with his promptness. He was very open, honest and straightforward.

His team has carried out the installation and I am very happy with my unit. Now when I look back, I don’t think I could trust anyone more than Neil and his team to do the work.

I recommend them without a doubt. My husband is also pleased with the service provided. I will be using their services again in the future.

We have found them to be pleasant, professional and extremely helpful with any queries we had.
They kept us fully informed about when the goods would be dispatched and when we would receive them, supplying tracking numbers on each occasion.
The goods arrived on time, well packaged and we received exactly what we ordered.

Very happy with the product and the service. We had a problem with the placement of a unit but the guys came back and re-positioned it quickly and without any trouble.

In the blasting heat of the last week I decided to hire an Air Conditioner for a month.
The service I received from Neil Karania was nothing short of first class.
A minor glitch was dealt with immediately, at considerable effort on his part, with the result that I can now work in a cool, comfy environment in my office space.

Ordered 5 air conditioning units at 4pm the Tuesday and arrived 9am the Wednesday Morning! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Delivery driver was very understanding and very helpful.
Easy to install and instantly started to cool down the office!

Neil and Kul and the team were brilliant.
I first called Neil in for a project that they couldn't do in the end but I was so impressed with their professionalism and courtesy that I called them again when I was renovating my new house - a large renovation project.

There were lots of builders about with whom they had to work and there was some tension as the air con install necessitated some re work on the builder's and electrician's part and the communication from the George's could have been better. However I have given them high marks overall because they were friendly and courteous with me personally and worked with me to work out what was right for me.

They were also very patient; the work was finished a good while ago but as works were still ongoing - painting and decorations etc, I did not wish to uncover the units in order to test them. I was not there when the final install was done and so could not test it then. This meant I could not pay the second part of the payments as I needed to see the units working and be walked through the functions.
The painting and decorations then went on longer than expected but these guys were good about it, for which I rate them highly end to end. They have proved themselves to be consummate professionals.
I will need another 4 units in the future. There is no doubt that George's will be my preferred company.

Really quick to repair our faulty unit

We recently used Georges to revamp our new office ac. They worked over the weekend with little disruption. They were competitively priced and the engineers were knowledgeable, effective and obliging. I would recommend them.
