Great contractor. No job is too big for them!

The team are a pleasure to deal with and work according to our needs. The whole process was so easy from the initial telephone enquiry, through to the consultation and finally the installation. I have used them multiple times over the last 6 years. Super friendly family run business. I could not recommend them enough!

We have seen Pat a few years now and he is always very efficient, friendly and does a great job.

A very knowledgable company. Had a consultation about installing an air conditioning unit and was given lots of really useful information. The consultant was able to understand my needs and discuss a variety of different options and solutions. They weighed up the pros and cons for each solution and came up with a very competitive price. I was very impressed with the information I was given about how sustainable and economical the units they install are - we’re going to be able to save money on our heating bills plus be able to cool!
This is a very professional company and customer focused. The manager knows what is she is talking about and is extremely friendly.

This family run company installed a unit in my ground floor bedroom in March 2022. I needed something to keep cool in the summer. I am disabled and as I sleep downstairs where we live I am not able to keep my garden door open during the summer nights.

The engineer came and spent time with me. He went through all my options. Discussing the air conditioning unit that would best suit my needs, location of the unit inside etc. Competitive pricing. Very professional he was.

He discussed the time it would take to install the unit and gave me a date if I wanted to proceed.

On the day on the installation the engineer arrived as was planned. He was such a nice man with his colleague. The installation was perfect.

The experience by this company was friendly and professional from start to finished. They worked around me as I am working from home now due to the COVID.

I now have hot and back up if the gas central heating packs up.

No hick ups. Clean job.

Proven to be reliable and trustworthy and honest look no further. I like them.

UPDATE: The owner of the company appeared to be as unprofessional and unhelpful as some of her employees I had bad luck to deal with. They seem to generated a huge number of 5*s on Google so that my review does not make a difference. And this is in just 3 weeks. So, no surprise they lost any interest to resolve my issue. Please read below.

Horrible experience. Called them for a quote for air con for my game/server room. Wanted to install 7kw split system. Game them the list of equipment I have and they told me that 5kw will be enough for my needs (they did not have 7kw in stock). I was hesitant but the guy said he used some formula and that formula showed 5kw will definitely be enough.

I agreed. They installed 5kw unit and as I suspected it could not cope with heat generated by my equipment. Now I have 28-30c in my room despite air con running at 100% (17c setting, max fan).

Another guy came and checked installation and said it is correct and agreed that it is the unit that is not powerful enough for my application. They told me they will replace it but then stopped communication. Obviously, they made mistake and don't want to send money to correct it. They also don't want to give a refund.

Before I agreed on their quote I had other few quotes for 7kw unit just about £300. If I new how it goes I would spend more to get 7kw unit...

Also in my quote request I clearly stated I want A+++ unit. But after they installed I realised it is actually A++ one. In my case the difference in cost is up to £30 more a month. Again they are saying I did not mention A+++. When I pointed at the email where I said that they said A+++ was out of my budget. Nobody told me the only reason I got a quote for £300 less is that it was not A+++ device. Basically they did not tell me that fact just to sell me that air con hoping I would not notice.

I told them that I have to stop half of my equipment to prevent overheating and that every day I am losing money due to this air con. And yet they stopped answering me. Now I will have to buy another aircon and it is a lot of money.

In short, stay away from this company. There are better options on the market. If anything happens these guys will just hide and won't help you.

UPDATE: The owner of this company called me about 3 weeks ago and was repeatedly saying sorry for my bad experience. Said she would find out what was going on with my air con installation and resolve my issue. Asked for time till Friday that week to give me some resolution, never called back. Then in few days said I will have to wait until my unit is delivered as all orders are delayed. When I sent email in few days for update she did not reply. So, in short, horrible service, horrible management and owner, completely unprofessional people. Stay away from them...

Finally after 1.5 month, after losing time, money and hope to get any resolution I bought another airc con + installation from a company I had original offer from for £2400 for 7.1kw unit. After hearing my story they gave me a good discount and now I have everything installed and working. And this new AC is capable to cool all my equipment.

My comments relate to a service I received for a fit out of five A/C (cool and heat) units I had installed in my home. The experience from start to finish by this company was professional, friendly and unrelenting to ensure the final end product was installed to a very high standard at a competitive market rate. The team is led by Keith the MD and two engineer partners. They have years and years of combined experience for both residential and commercial installation and this was proven when they installed my unit in what was a complex job over three floors. The fit out was top notch and while I did encounter a slight bug with one set up, it transpired that this was a unit PCB fault on the condenser unit which was swiftly replaced after extensive diagnostic checks - the point being, these guys don't run off after installation - they are relentless to make sure the customer receives a top notch service and delivers what its says on the tin. I genuinely am impressed with this company; they have proven to be reliable, trustworthy, friendly, professional, diligent and honest. They may well not be the cheapest supplier out there, but they aren't expensive either and actually that old adage, you pay for what you get is very pertinent. So, if you are in the market to get affordable A/C installed ahead of the hot summer months and the cool winters ahead - yes it cools and heats, then I would genuinely recommend that you look no further and sign up with these guys to come and survey the property, discuss your needs and then press the go button - you can't go wrong with this great team of engineers. 10/10
