Avoid at all costs. My journey with them has been a nightmare. First of all you cannot cancel any order place with them. Please do not rely on what their website says. Secondly, the return process is a torture. They are reluctant to provide address and try to bargain instead offering discounts up to 75%.
I return the so called "aircoolers" in July. I have been chasing them for my refund. You get generic emails such as" we are still working on your refund which is a priority to us". This is mere scam. Has anybody ever sued them, if yes can you help?

Don't fall for this scam. These are heaters not coolers. When I asked for a refund I got fobbed off with a rubbish 'offer' of 25% 'as a gesture of goodwill' when the website says 'No questions asked full 30 day money back guarantee'. When reminded of this, they offered me 70% to which I said no thanks I want to return for the full refund. I was sent an address to ship it to, did so by tracked Royal Mail. Over a month later, still no sign of my refund. Multiple emails have received various useless replies. I will be reporting the company, they're fraudsters.

disgusting service scammers ! followed instructions on returning items that i was unable to cancel 2 minutes after placing order online to be told cant have a refund

This is absolutely not what they promise, and I completely agree with all 1-star reviews. The product delivery took a lot longer than expected, more than 1 month! The temperature buttons don't work, and there is no cooling effect at all. I wanted to return it, and they offered a partial refund, but even that is taking ages. Please avoid this company; I should have read the reviews before buying.

Ordered these supposidly wonderful things, arrived, they are USELESS just a bigger version of a dimplex fan heater.
Customer services are trained in B.S offereing X amount discount which doesnt happen. Claimed through paypal and got 75% refund.
Its practically impossible to return the items.
As a fan your better off wafting a cardboard square to cool you down.
DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING THESE.

Do not buy from this company. They are just fans that blow air and heat. They are designed to look like AC units. They will try and give you a discount after discount when you try and action the 30 days refund policy.

placed my order on 18th June, then realised within seconds that I has my old address on my pal-pay account. Contacted the company who advised them of the correct address, was told that the order had already been dispatched.... within 5 mins of ordering and it was too late to change the address. After trying for weeks to get someone to confirm the new delivery address, only for them to respond by saying we have to wait until it arrives in the UK to get the tracking number and contact the delivery company. No such number or contact was provided. I won't bore you with the details of how many email conversations I have had with this company but the long and short of it was I was offered a replacement or refund on the on the 29th July 2026. Obviously requested a refund to my paypal account!

1st August... still not been able to process the refund...oh now that is a surprise!

Would not touch this company with a barge pole, wish I have looked at the reviews before getting involved with them.

I concur with every review left regards this company & product. I only wish I had read these reviews before buying.
What I would say is persist with requesting a refund - my first offer was for 25%. After several refusals I ended up with 70% but I now also have an item only fit for the rubbish tip!

If only you could put down 0 stars. Appalling products, delivery, customer services.

Please avoid

Scam company, partner ordered by accident and they advised they couldn't cancel even though it was less than an hour after the purchase and took over a month to arrive. They agreed he could refuse delivery for it to be returned and then when he did this they said refusing delivery was against terms and conditions... Steer clear

Absolutely dreadful, avoid at all cost. It appears the entire website and reviews are Ai generated. Terrible customer service and the product is nothing more than a cheap, poorly made basic fan. Refund system uses delay tactics to avoid sending money for as long as possible. Would have given no stars if possible.

Same as everyone else reviewing, struggling to get a refund. They have no intention of refunding me. This is a scam from top to bottom.

Well bought two. as loke everyone else it took over a month. i was fuming when i opened the plastic shipping wrap, as they were fans not air con, could not cool down the box they come in absolutly useless, now got to argue for refund and hope my card protects me. DONT BUY THIS TRASH OR ANY THAT RESEMBLE THESE IMPORTED CHINESE PLASTIC THINGS.

Wish I had read reviews on other sites before I ordered not just on their site. It took a month for it to arrive. On arrival found out it’s not a AC at all like it was being advertised but just a small bad quality fan. Trying to return it but they are refusing to give instructions how to return. Tried to call the company , was kept in the queue for a while . Had to hang up as no one was going to speak to me. That call cost me £40 . Emailed them daily about sending return instructions but just get an email now and then saying someone will get to me but no one does and I’m still waiting. I have raised a dispute via PayPal about payment and refund so waiting to see what happens. Please don’t order from this company! It’s a scam!

Took a month to arrive .. was supposed to be an air conditioning unit.. was faulty only blew out tepid air at one side .. very weak power and extremely short cable .. DO NOT BUY

Terrible, took ages to arrive as was from China- I don’t like ordering electrical items from outside the UK, multiple hidden costs, heating unit added to order which couldn’t be removed, the aircon is just an overpriced fan, and not even a good fan, barely blows air, can’t adjust speed and is extremely noisy. Avoid at all costs

I would not even give this company 1 star, shame trust plot does not have a bottom emoji to describe this experience. This company is a dodgy company do not buy any thing from this company. Ordered 4 coolers nothing came,

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I ordered am air con unit and first off they took money but my order wasnt dispatched.
When I questioned they said it had now been sent.
When it arrived I was disappointed as blowing on myself would have been more effective. It wasnt fit for purpose and I asked to return it. I was met with opposition. I eventually agreed to leep the unit and get an immediate 45% refund. I have messaged many, many times and keep being told someone will deal with my refund and I am still waiting after weeks. I am now writing a review to warn others. Don't give your hard earned money to this company.

On 26 June, I purchased two Epicoolers from “aircoolerone”, which was representing itself as Epicooler. The total payment made was £241.96.

After confirming my order, they advised that I would receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Several days later, I followed up with Victoria, who again confirmed the order and stated that their system showed the order had been processed and was on its way.

Eighteen days later, the items still cannot be tracked, and emails to the company are now bouncing back. As matters stand, I am £241.96 out of pocket and believe this may be another scam
