I have a busy job working as a surveyor in Esher in Kent. Despite working in the property industry I was struggling to carve out the time to look at investing for myself and being based in the South I was struggling to find anything affordable.

I first came across Jackie and Steve on Instagram and after a brief call I decided to put my trust in them to find me a Buy To Let property in West Yorkshire. It turned out to be a lot easier than I expected as they had all the answers; they clearly had a deep understanding of property investments and their area and were even able to link me up with a great mortgage broker.

End to end the process took around 6 months from committing to work together to getting my first fully tenanted BTL property up and running! I had a modest budget of £45,000 and that was enough to secure the deal and start generating cashflow. I am now working towards acquiring my second property with Aireworth Property Services. Jackie & Steve were extremely dedicated and brilliant at ensuring I was informed every step of the way.

I am really pleased with how this investment has gone and it feels good to know that we have started on our journey of building a portfolio. I was lucky to be invited by Jackie and Steve to one of their tour days and not only had a great time but learned a lot about Bradford and the surrounding villages many of which were stunning and set within rolling countryside with incredible views but also with local amenities and transport connections. Jackie and Steve´s knowledge of the areas and the property market was very in depth and we viewed some very reasonably prices properties as well as a property they were refurbishing. Having looked previously at the outskirts of Leeds, I have to say the villages around Bradford are far more appealing, in particular Keighley where there is a high tenant demand and properties offer great return on investment
