I purchased 6 airline tickets from Airfare Network. With just 3 weeks to go before our holiday the airline decided to cancel the flight. Samuel and Kim both worked hard to resolve the issue and book another flight for us. Thank you.

I booked a flight on Airfare Network at the rates shown on the website.
Later, once the ticket was booked their call center executive, Mr Micky called me and told me that the rates had increased and hence I will have to pay more. I agreed to pay more but made a written email objection for the same. Their executive then called me to say that they will book the ticket at the previous rate.

When I confirmed, Mr Micky went ahead and charged my credit card, but TWICE; once with the old rate and once with the new rate.
When I contacted them they refunded me the lesser amount and charged the higher amount.

Now even after 12 days I have still not received my e-ticket
Mr Micky does not even reply to my emails
Ms Ross and Ms Sharon just go on giving me false assurances that they will do the needful
Think twice before booking on this website!!!

Good experience when I was called to update my booking.

They called me to change me to another flight with a shorter layover and at the same price. Excellent experience.

Kim was very helpful and responsive. She continued to keep me up to date with my situation and delivered. Thank you.

I do not understand how they have good reviews and I am very certain most of them are made up by the employees themselves. I booked a ticket with them and even though I wanted to cancel within 24 hours, they didn't let me. When I agreed on changing the date for the same ticket, they charged me an exorbitant amount of money. Call center staff is rude and unprofessional. They are unwilling to help and I pretty much lost a lot of money on my ticket after it was cancelled. Please book directly from airlines and stay away from this website at all costs!

They are a bunch of criminals. Based in India. They requested front and back copy of credit card. Passport copy!! Home address proof! Bank warned me of the debits. They refused to book airfare unless I booked hotel with them. They send fake emails and do everything to take further charges! the agents told to make up excuses to take higher charges and take your personal data to misuse!

I work in Travel 31 years TUI and DNATA. They are not genuine travel agents and set up to extract customers data and sell credit card information about you. The sales agents are told to manipulate you and confuse you to give personal cards and bank details! Fraudulent.
NO GENUINE TRAVEL AGENT WILL CALL YOU OR EMAIL YOU TO SEND A PHOTO OF YOUR PASSPORT OR CREDIT CARD!

Never book with these criminals or their call centre in India. They use sky scanner with cheap fares to fool you into the web of confusion false documentation. So many people have complained.

They use an SEO company to write false views about their service. Each time someone writes a bad complaint or review.

They employ companies to write fake good reviews for them due to so many bad reviews

Everything about this agent caused concerns. We booked a flight to Male through the agents website; everything appeared to go through ok, however, we received a call from the agent at 2am to say that we needed to check our email as they needed to verify our identity.I explained it was 2am and was not prepared to do this right now and would attend to this in the morning. The guy did not seem to appreciate that this was an unreasonable request.

The email we received the next day had the wrong destination and asked us to provide a copy of the debit card and passport. We have never been asked this by an agent before so was not prepared to give this information via email. We will be cancelling the card with the bank. It also makes me now question if their payment page was secure. I would suggest that you avoid this agent in favour of a UK based agent.

Booked Air Canada flight and lost my dear husband and could not travel. Submitted all documents relating to my reason for cancellation, three months on no refund from airfare network even after Air Canada has refunded the money to them.

AVOID! As others have pointed out here, you will get a call after the booking where they will try to raise the price of the ticket! They claim the original price has gone up, but if you check with the airline you will see that they have not. When they called asked for more money I refused. The person on the phone started arguing with me and yelling. Check your credit cards if you have booked with them.

I had last-minute emergencies on both flights and the team and associates made sure I got my tickets sorted. Great service, at all hours!

Excellent service, very good value. It took a little while to get through to the customer services team, but once I got through, the agent handled my query very courteously and efficiently.

AVOID! THEY WILL CALL YOU AND TRY AND DOUBLE YOUR FARE. ALSO CANCEL THE TICKET. PAY EXTRA AND BOOK DIRECT WITH AIRLINE TO SAVE HEADACHES. alot of these reviews are fake as I’m seeing the same reviews on other travel sites. AVOID

Bargain flights, just got back from my Trip to the US, Fantastic prices for American airlines! admittedly I was a bit sceptical with mixed reviews on various sites but I’m glad I booked with this company! Highly recommend.
