Is it a sham or is it a sham?????

Considering their tall promises in comfort, I ordered slides of two different colours - yellow and pink of different sizes during my late pregnancy for relief in my enlarged feet. I got the products in 5 days of my order, however they were 2 black slides.
I wrote to customer service for replacement as there was no way to return or exchange without paying more money. After multiple email followups and radio silence from them for two monthsI am still waiting for the right products.
I decided to try the black slides anyway. Guess what, not only do they look chunky and ugly, the spring in step that airfoot claims of weans off a few weeks later. The slides inner surface is nothing but a squeaky cheap rubber which is super uncomfortable on soft feet.
I am not sure if this company is legit after my experience with the service and the product. Their website is rather a facade for the sham for customers to experience later. There are much better and reliable products of credible brands available that are also easier on your pockets.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE A SCAM

I should have read these reviews before Ordering.
This is an absolute scam website. I have ordered 2 pair of shoes and received only one. I have contact them about the missing pair, I was told they would send it to me. Never received them. I proceeded to refund the order, paid for the return label. Nothing they took the money for the label and never received anything. So now i am out of pocket for the shoes and for the return label.

Beware of this company

I never received the shoes I ordered. They were supposed to arrive in 3-4 days, but never came. DHL info messages were inconclusive and when O tried to contact airfoot customer service I never got a reply. After 3 weeks I claimed my money back from PayPal. Beware of this company!
