Are Airhelp to be trusted?
I queried Airhelp on Trustpilot as follows:
I can't upload any of the documents, and can't get a response from them despite multiple queries. I wonder if this is a scam??
And they responded with ways I could contact them. But I have used these and they don’t respond.interestingly, I sent a ‘test’ email and they did respond with a concern that I must have sent it in error! So the email itself works! However I’ve no idea where I am with my claim, very frustrated with Airhelp, and under a lot of financial pressure due to United Airlines having cancelled our family long haul flights hours before departure. Should I change company?
