This website is a complete a scam. I booked a ticket and made sure I opted out from all extras. The last page indicated a final price that when clicked on the payment was automatically added a 15 euro insurance extra that was clearly marked as 'no' in the first page. I filed a complaint but they refused to reimburse me.

Everything went well,easy booking procedure.

Good service smart price

Customer Service is very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is that there was an electronic issue where the system autocorected my last name and had deleted my last name. So I needed my last name added but they were unable to make that change and referred me to the airlines but both airlines said that AirnGo should make that change.
Still they weren't able to help me.
I hope that they will reach out to me to make this correction.
Other then that I believe they are a trustworthy, great company. 👍

It is a scam website, there is no customer service contact and vague information is shared. I just received an email it has been booked. However, the official airline cannot find my booking.

I didn’t receive my ticket within 48 hrs in my e-mail. I send an e-mail to get it and after a few minutes I already received it! That is a very good service!

I did a reservation of a flight from Athens to Dubrovnik by Volotea in their website.
I booked and payed for a hand luggage of 10kg (for 52,25€ extra) but once I checked and did the check in Volotea website it said repeatedly that I had no right to hand luggage. After several phone calls with the airline company volotea, I was informed that it must have been na informatic error of airngo, and I had to pay again for the hand luggage. Said so, I had to pay twice for the carry on baggage.

This website is a scam! Please watch out. They add on fees while you dont opt for thise services. I got charged 60 euro more for a rebooking fee that I didnt want. And when actually asking if i could rebook, they charged me the full ticket price again. Absolute horrible company out to get your money.

Booking was easy but please work on the mobile version as when i translate the page, some information gets deleted and also doesn’t allow me to select man of vrouw. Everything else was great, thanks

Beware- really bad company.
They don´t help you at all.
I book tickets from Stockholm to Palma with stop in Barcelona. It should take 5.10 hours.
When I got the confirmation after I had payed the
travel time was 16.35 hours (!) from Stockholm to Palma

Really bad service. They just tell you we cant do anything by mail. Also you cant call. They are understaffed the computer tells you. The flexible fligt ticket where you pay extra for, is not flexible at all. Really bad service, dont use it.

Even price at the end is not most competitive + customer service is very bad (if something happens you won't get any help from them).

I know you want a good deal, i know you want a cheap deal. But for the love of God and all that is holy, DO NOT use Airngo. They are criminals, they will take your money and give you a BS reason why the can't deliver on their end of the deal. This company needs to go DOWN right now, so don't ever use them. They're terrible.

Horrible service.
They changed my ticket name and didn't want to change it back. The airline company told me they could do it, and they said they couldn't. They want to do the least effort to help the customer.

We came to the airport. ‘You’re flight is cancelled.’ We never heard anything of AIRNGO. No mails or calls. You just have to do it all by yourself. There are no contactnumbers or services available. Luckly we’ve checked it ourselves before. They’re just scammers who don’t care about their costumers. Don’t book with this company!

Changed my legal name automatically to the name i told them at the contact information, so now i cant use my ticket without changing the name on it to my legal name, which costs 150 pounds. If my contact name was the same as my legal name i would have used that one! ridiculous.
