Bought for our son at college. Tried different fabrics and timings . Did not iron well at all! I was going to attach pictures but unable to do so. Caution: deliveries may be delayed … but can only return within 14 days. Policy states returned unused?? How do you know it will work?? We didn’t open the package within 24 hours of delivery because it was a gift we bought in advance of Christmas.
I ordered this product after seeing it advertised on Instagram, where it was promoted with a lifetime warranty. However, the unit I received is faulty. When I contacted customer support, instead of honoring the warranty, they asked me to return the product to China at my own cost, which makes no sense, especially since the issue is clearly a manufacturing defect.
A lifetime warranty should mean the company takes responsibility not the customer paying international shipping just to get a replacement or refund. This experience feels misleading and not aligned with what was advertised.
At this point, the product and the warranty claims seem unreliable, and I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.
This company must be fake. Purchased a item. Spent £130. Still waiting on tracking number since the middle of September. No customer care number. Company does not reply to email. Shops are selling the same item for £80.
The aironox looks cute in my bedroom. It reminds me of Baymax from Big Hero 6. It's a really handy gadget to have. I don't trust myself with an iron.
