The app is version free is terrible for a intermediate to advanced breather. And so many hidden costs. Not worth the total price.

Premium simply unlocks additional new features, such as extra training programs, advanced statistics, and other enhanced tools designed to support your training journey.
We’re continuously working to improve the Airofit experience, and additional features are also coming to the core ELITE app with no extra cost to you!

From the minute that I ordered my device to its delivery through UPS from Denmark to Italy has been smooth-less and ahead of delivery date. Then when I asked for assistance through their customer service, Rebeka who assisted me was outstanding, professional and very helpful. I can only highly recommend for the time being Airofit for its customer services, time will tell if the device is really helpful or not for my well-being, but I am confident that it will be, otherwise I would not have purchased it. So far great product and highly recommend it.

Not sure about the usefulness of breathe training. I don't see any improvement. The device works, but the battery drains quickly.

I had a very positive experience with Airofit and their customer support.
When I had an issue with my previous Airofit Pro 2.0 device, the support team was patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They clearly explained my options and helped me upgrade to the Airofit ELITE at a special price.
After upgrading, I also had questions about my previous Premium subscription. The support team took my concerns seriously and kindly provided me with 3 months of ELITE Premium access at no additional cost.
I really appreciate the communication and the effort they made to find a fair solution. I am now using the Airofit ELITE for my respiratory training and am very happy with the product.
Excellent customer service and a company that genuinely cares about the customer experience. Highly recommended!

Died in a drawer, and support never replied
I bought the Airofit PRO, used it for a while, then left it unused for a long time. Picked it up again and the E-unit is dead, so it broke doing nothing. I have barely used the thing.
I emailed support. Weeks later there is still no reply, not even an automated one, while their own contact page promises 1 to 3 business days.
There is no replacement E-unit for the old PRO either. Airofit sells one E-unit and lists it as compatible with the PRO 2.0 and Essential only, and no dealer stocks a 1.0 part. And at 199 euro that part costs nearly what I paid for the entire device. So a dead E-unit means the whole device is gone.

Your Pro Premium subscription is managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which means we unfortunately do not have access to your purchase details and are unable to modify, cancel, or issue refunds for that subscription. Since it is a different app, the existing subscription cannot be transferred.
If you're happy with your current device, you’re welcome to continue using it as well.

However, it is worth noting, that we have provided the necessary assistance regarding your case. You have asked for a return label which we could't provide without proof of defect. Since you were not cooperating and did not send us a video we have asked for to demonstrate the malfunction, we weren't able to send you a prepaid label.
Your return request was still accepted of course, because you were in the 30-day window.

Buyer beware. I’m in Canada and there’s a tariff of $85 before delivery. Wasn’t aware of this at time of purchase, Emailed to express my displeasure, fell upon def ears. They should let this be known when purchasing.

It is different from every country and we, as a company, do not have any influence on that. It is charged mainly for parcels shipped outside of European Union (we are based in Denmark).
