Avoid a costly experience
Ordered product on 19th August did not receceive until 28th October and had requested to cancel and was assured item would be shipped asap. Eventually received item and was greatly disappointed as it didnt come close to the experience it promised. Return was originally denied until i provided proof that i had requested return details within 14 day time period. Overall very disappointing and costly mistake, paid £138 which included £15 for standard shipping, return cost £11.35 total outlay £149.35 😭 refund received £83.30 after 30 % restock deduction - total loss altogether £66.05 which is just under 50% of original purchase price. If i could give minus stars i would for my overall experience

Avoid This Company. Refunds Are Not Processed.
I returned my item because it did not work as advertised and wasn’t even close to what’s shown in their online videos and ads. The item took MONTHs to arrive.
USPS confirms my return was delivered to Aironox’s warehouse on Nov 5, 2025, yet I received no refund and no communication for weeks. I followed all steps Aironox stipulated for the return including paying out of pocket to return the package.
Aironox only asked for tracking much later—even though their return process never states tracking is required. Even after I provided tracking proof and they confirmed the refund would be processed, more time passed with no communication or refund.
This refund process appears designed to delay or avoid returning customers’ money. I am now pursuing a chargeback and formal complaints to BBB and the State Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Office. I will also report there fraudulent activity to the Federal Trade Commission. These type of scam artist need to be shut down.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
12/10/25- they gave 70% of my refund after I threatened them of the actions I will take against. Disgusting behavior, no integrity on their end.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I have been waiting a month for mine and the customer service been consistent but there hasn't been a proper appreciation as to the issues. Don't bother with this.

It’s been almost three months since i orderd
It’s been almost three months since I placed my order and I still haven’t received anything. Customer support answered in the beginning, but now they’ve completely stopped responding — no updates for days or even weeks.
The tracking shows the package arrived in Denmark, but it never made it to Sweden. No new tracking updates, and DHL (the carrier they were supposed to switch to) hasn’t received anything at all.
Overall, a frustrating and unreliable experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Ordered a few weeks ago, product not dispatched so I requested a refund, no refund, but apparently product has been shipped, 2 days after they acknowledged my refund request, still no sign of it, and now they have sent it it appears I lose 30% plus postage to return it, if I ever get it…. Poor
Update, it came, started in my first t-shirt to try it and it stopped after around 30 seconds and then wouldn’t power on again, I told the company who wanted a video and photos, they have had them for nearly a week now with no update

Do not buy!
Purchased Aironox and tested many clothing items with mediocre results. Contacted the company to start a return and they told me there is a 30% restocking fee and I have to pay for shipping! Any company with such a high restocking fee is basically saying screw you, we have your money and dont care if you return it, its going to cost you to just to try it! Companies with high restocking fees make it very difficult for consumers to return items. If you do want to buy it dont buy direct from the company, find a retailer that has a good return policy!

Our restocking fee applies only to non faulty returns. This is because each unit is individually produced, inspected, and fully tested before leaving our facility, and once a machine is used we can no longer sell it as new. The fee covers the cost of that process, but it’s never intended to make returns difficult. Customers are also welcome to return the item to us using any tracked courier of their choice so they can keep costs as low as possible.
That said, we never want anyone to feel stuck with a product. If you would like us to take another look at your case, or if you believe your unit may have been faulty in any way, please reach out to us again and we’ll be happy to help.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues with your order. Receiving a damaged item or missing parts is not the experience we want anyone to have.
Just to clarify our process, we don’t issue prepaid return labels. When something arrives damaged, we ask customers to send the item back to us first so we can inspect it. Once the return is received and confirmed to be damaged, we reimburse the return shipping cost in full and then issue either a replacement or a refund. This is our standard procedure and helps make sure everything is handled properly on both sides.
We take situations like this seriously and want to get them resolved as quickly as possible.
Product not working as advertised
This is just not working. Custommer support is terrible. The return policy is 14 days. If you run out by a few days, nothing to do. Again, the product is not working; clothes are full of wrinkles.
Updated based on Airnox reply. It's just not true Airnox is willing to work with the customers if you run out of the return window. They clearly rejected any claims to accept the return, even after asking a fair resolution. As a side note, it took two months to ship the product (as Airnox was sold out ...)

Because the request came in after the 14 day return window had fully passed, we explained that we weren’t able to accept a return. Regarding the product itself, most cases of wrinkles after use come down to a small setup adjustment rather than a defect, and we would have been happy to guide you through it if given the chance.
On the shipping time, we understand how disappointing it is when an order takes longer than expected. Your unit was shipped once it completed processing on our side, but we appreciate that the wait added to your frustration. We’ve made several improvements to our fulfilment process since then, and shipping times are now significantly faster and more consistent for customers.

Warning this is a Scam
Warning this is a Scam. I only trusted as it is advertised on Amazon how wrong was I. Ordered product, got overcharged, got email to say it was despatched, no sign.
Wrote to them re overcharged no reply, wrote again no reply, tried a different email and issued a deadline, finally got a response after my deadline. They asked for all the emails to be sent to them which I did. They have tied themselves up in so many lies now and are talking about restock charges of 10% and in another email confirming that as the product has not been dispatched I had 30 days money guarantee. They have even asked how can they resolve this and I keep saying I just want my money back. How do they get away with this.

Ordered in September and eventually received email confirmation of dispatch mid October but didn’t receive it until November so not a good start.
The machine itself does not perform as expected and is a bit frustrating to use.
Basically you need to experiment with the various settings to get anywhere near a reasonable result.
Overall a very disappointing experience .

Don’t waste your money
Item took forever to come. When it did I tried it on a few items of clothing at different dampness and materials. What a load of rubbish takes forever to dry the clothes and when they do dry they are still creased. Emailed company for a return address for refund within the 30days and told that I could only return of the item is faulty. They are now not replying to any of my emails.

We’ve reviewed your order and wanted to clarify the timeline. The lint remover was delivered successfully on 4 October. The remaining items were shipped shortly after, but we temporarily intercepted that shipment because you informed us you intended to open a chargeback. When a chargeback is raised or threatened, the order goes into a dispute process, so we have to pause fulfilment until it is resolved.
Since those items were not delivered, we have issued a refund for them. If there is anything else you need help with, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
