This company is very happy to take money from you for their service, but their service is not such a good as they are advertising by far, in fact it is not any close to it at all ... .
They should take care of my customers, but there seems to be quite a bit of chaos in communication between the departments and people within the company, which has clearly caused me quite a bit of stress that I really had not order nor had paid for at all.
They supposed to take care of my customers, but it really does not seems to be what they are actually doing or would they be any good in that.
They nearly fully missed my customer that could result in quite a disaster.
I was lucky enough to catch one of these of their errors and finally it ended up quite ok, but it was clearly just a matter of a luck and my fast reaction and nothing else ... .
Their professionalism in building my profile was in my view extremely doubtful.
They were putting photos to my profile from completely different properties despite I asked them to do not do that.
Finally the company was not able to deliver the service that they were promised at the beginning and needed to cancel fully their service.
I specifically asked them to take all my profiles down, but clearly that has not been done neither, but they are stated that have done so ... .
Clearly left and right hand does not seems to be speaking too much in this company ... .
Finally they had just went silent ... .
I do believe that pretty much all the good reviews are just faked ... .
I would have deleted my earlier review, if I could find my acoount for the review ... .
I will be putting my review based on my experience with this company here around every single week till I get my refund for the damage to my apartment that the company's client done to my apartment ... .
