No satisfaction with product or customer service…
Can't give zero stars. I have been communicating with Airpherhome since June, 2024 with no satisfaction. I received a defective product and cannot get a replacement or refund although I have been promised many times during on-line chats that I would be refunded. I am being given the same excuse that my refund is underway. This is a horrible company!

On the phone for 32 minutes
I was on the phone for 32 minutes with no answers. I was told to email. The email address given does not work. The actual stick vacuum I want to purchase is not even on the website. This is all ridiculous.
