Unprofessional behaviour, zero accountability.
I had an extremely disappointing — and frankly unacceptable — experience ordering from airplants.gr. While the delivery was fast, that’s the only positive thing I can say.
The plants arrived in shockingly bad condition. Several of the climbing plants had broken stems, and the eucalyptus was covered in dried, brown leaves — clear evidence that it was already sick and deteriorating before it was even shipped. This wasn’t a shipping issue; it was a case of sending out damaged goods knowingly.
Worse yet, this store is selling sick plants and pretending it's normal. That alone is bad enough — but when I reached out to report the issue, they refused to replace the worst plant and offered a pathetic 5-euro coupon instead. And after that? No further replies. They completely ignored my follow-up messages. Zero support, zero accountability.
This kind of business practice is disgraceful. Airplants.gr clearly doesn’t care about the condition of their products, nor do they care about their customers. They take your money and disappear.
Avoid this store at all costs. If you're looking for healthy plants and reliable after-sales support, look elsewhere. Airplants.gr is not a trustworthy seller, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone!
