Basically a joke

I have the mastercard airport lounge pass. It’s been 4 years, not once I was able to get in. This whole thing feels like a joke. Currently in Amsterdam Airport, going to Montreal. The lounge is #26. Not accessible from my international gate because it’s only from the OTHER international gate. It has been like this at every airport for the past 4 years. I travel 2-4 times a year. I feel like so bad having to pay 150$ every year for nothing.
This is sad and they should explain this more clearly. Those details are usually in small characters when you finally are able to login.
Also there are 2 apps in the App Store: Mastercard Airport Experience and Mastercard Travel Pass. They look very similar, the 1st won’t work and I realized that alone after losing 1h30 calling the both the bank and the mastercard airport service. No one has a clue about anything and they all refer to each other.
