Great Service
I tried for several hours last night on my return home to connect with Air Canada's Lost and Found. No success - just going from one site to another to come back to the original site. No luck with trying to chat, although that was an option. It only works if someone at Air Canada is there. This site is easy to use, no nonsense, and straight to the issue.
