I also got caught out by this services

I also got caught out by this services. I am due to travel and I couldnt remember which car park I booked. I tried to check my emails and there was a lack of details. I tried to call and email them and I had a strong feeling that I had been scammed Thankful I booked using my pre paid card and Monzo has just issued me a full refund after I submitted my disbute an hour ago. That what I call service. I usually use m credit but I did have some doubt in my mind hence why I used a card they could take much from .

Thank you monzo I will now attempt to rebook my parking.

SCAM WEBSITE AVOID

SCAM WEBSITE - AVOID!!
Thought I was going to a website approved by Holiday Extras but went to above instead of "Airparks"!
Booked for 2 weeks at Gatwick mid stay and paid via Amex and assumed all would be fine.
On the day, I got lost and went to short stay in error so had to pass through and pay £8 charge. Contacted Gatwick Parking to ask for a refund and it was only at this point that I was informed that I didn't have authorisation to park in Mid Stay & that I would be charged £60 per day (£900) on my return!!
Shocked, I forwarded them my receipt from AirportParks and they informed me that they were not authorised to sell parking.
No response from AP - phone/email/Whatsapp
Luckily for me Gatwick Customer Services were brilliant and allowed me to book retrospectively so was only charged £150. In future, will always go direct to Gatwick Parking.
Totally surprised that Amex accepts business from these types of websites! Have raised a chargeback with them for the £103 I paid but may take 8 weeks to get it back.
Old adage - if its too good to be true..

Still waiting a refund

Still waiting a refund. Ready many reviews would suggest scammers. No reply to any of my contacted messages.

Was a stressful experience at the airport having to beg the car park attendent not to fine me the additional charge for not booking in advance.

Deep disappointment and anger towards this company

Scammers do not use !!!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. This site is a scam. I paid for parking at Stanstead and when I checked the details the day before, my booking showed as pending. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and they didn’t respond. I had to book through Stanstead parking to secure a space. This is a scam, do not use !!!!

DO NOT use

DO NOT use. First time I used them snd only time I have had an issue with Meet & Greet at Heathrow. They took 40 minutes to collect the Car, even though we called 30 minutes before and on the return they took 2 hours to return it. I then noticed they had snapped my rear wiper blade off. The guy who you call with regards to drop off is unprofessional and rude. I have reported to the police, Heathrow and Trading Standards. They should not be operating. Book someone like Maple instead.

we were flying out on 30th December on the 29th I got an email saying my parking had been cancelled and I was going to be refunded
I rang every number I could to try and speak to someone
No one answers
What's app no answer
I ended up booking another car park with a company I always use
I STILL AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND
DON'T USE this company they are scammers

I booked an Airport parking on…

I booked an Airport parking on 21.12.25. 10 days later I received another email saying my booking being cancelled on my request what I never did. Multiple emails and enquiries but no response at all. As all people here mentioned impossible to get in touch with them. I wish I was read these reviews before. SCAM SITE DO NOT BOOK!!!

I booked a parking reservation through airportparks.co.uk

I booked a parking reservation through this website for Stansted Airport, scheduled to start at 5:00 AM. At 4:00 AM, by sheer luck, I checked my email and saw a message sent at 1:29 AM stating my booking was cancelled without any explanation. On their portal, the status showed “refunded,” but I have not received any refund yet.

With such short notice in the middle of the night, I had no choice but to wake up a local cab company and pay an extra premium for an urgent airport drop-off, as no other parking options were available at that hour.
I tried contacting them twice via their online form—no response. Their so-called 24-hour helpline? I called multiple times, and nobody answered. The website still claims the refund is “processing,” but nothing has been credited.

My advice: Please avoid this website. Always book through the official airport parking site or other reputable providers. Do not trust third-party sites like this one.

I would give ZERO (or even MINUS) star…

I would give ZERO (or even MINUS) star if there is an option for this fraudulent company. I booked for a parking space at Hilton by Hampton at Stansted but soon after I have paid I realised that it was a non-existing company. I contacted them for a refund through the telephone and email provided by them but they did not respond at all. I have to go through my credit card company for the money back. Stay away. This is a SCUM website.

Fake site- must read

Fake site! Fake company !! I was booking for cheaper car park options and when i found this (Hiltom by Hampton stanstead)i was glad and shocked, and i even ended up booking, but it didnt ask me any payment or anything and i was wondering why and said i will receive payment link, it sounded fishy and read the reviews, and there are lot of ppeople who got affected and ended up paying more as they didnt have any chance.
Do not book anything on this site at all

Buyer Beware! Fraud alert! I paid £65 to Airport Parks…

I paid £65 to Airport Parks (airportparks.co.uk) for parking at the Hampton by Hilton Stansted. When I arrived at the hotel, I checked with reception before leaving for my flight to ensure everything was in order. I was then informed that the booking was fraudulent and that the hotel is already aware of this scam. In my case, payment was taken for a service that did/does not exist. Airport Parks (airportparks.co.uk) is not affiliated with the hotel or any other - at least from other comments I have read. To avoid missing my flight, I had to pay £45 per night to the parking company using RingGo.

Run!!!!.. don't even think of booking anything on the site.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT!
Airportparks is a scam. You will not get a park for your car, neither will you be able to cancel or get your money refunded although the website claims 24/7 customer support and refund up to 24 hours in advance. I have asked to cancel my upcoming carpark via the online form, the phone number, the WhatsApp number and email. There is no reply and the answer machine sends you back to the website, where your emails and forms disappear into the ether with no reply and no money refunded.
TOTAL SCAM. Do not use.
Please report to Reporting fraud - Stop! Think Fraud.

SCAM!

My review is the same as everyone else here, they cancelled my booking the same day I'm flying. To be exact 01:07 the time email arrived . Disgusting! Email them many times , no reply, website phone number doesn't work.
Lost my £106 . Bastard ! I worked hard for my money.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE, they are a scam! I booked parking for 26 Sept and when i went to check the details the night before i was flying, the website was down and the so called 24/7 phone number does not connect to anyone! I had to pay again for alternative parking with another company and have been hounding these people ever since to get a refund but they have not given me my money back and have not responded to any my emails or online contact forms! There is no way to contact them, it says on the website they have live chat but where?!? I am £46 out of pocket and being totally ignored - Disgusting!

DO NOT USE!!!! SCAM!!!!’

WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO IF I COULD. Do not waste your time or money on this scam of a company. Completely disgusting that this business is still up and running. A SCAM!!!!!! They cancel your parking days before with no reasoning then it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. I’ve emailed multiple times and still no response.
