Only complaint: Our baggage was checked in without priority even though we were business class travellers.

Ir was an excellent experience. Initially, the tracking messengers were a little confusing, but they arrived perfectly within the proposed time frame, and they were very responsable which our luggage. They notified us when Lufthansa had them and provided the trucking number. It arrived at destination perflecty, allowing us to travel light to de airport. Thank you very much.
