very poor service
BA at Heathrow rang me 10 hours after they had been collected to say that both of my bags had been found in lost luggage, without any tags. Luckily they found a journal in my case with my mobile written inside which is how they contacted me. I now have to arrive at airport even earlier to get bags out of lost luggage and then check them in. Airportr customer service has only let me speak to an AI bot. Very disappointing service, will not use again.

From Geneva by train to Zurich then…
From Geneva by train to Zurich then international.
Service was easy, communication fast - I had a complicated itinerary and oversize sports baggage but they handled it all well. Despite going by train to change to airplane in Zurich they were able to check in my bags and I rode hassle free on the train, and picked up my bags at my destination. Would recommend this service!
