recently flew Economy on Air Premia

recently flew Economy on Air Premia, and it has easily been the worst airline experience of my life.
When we landed, nearly half of the economy passengers discovered that the airline completely failed to load our luggage onto the plane. Their excuse was "high winds," which makes absolutely no sense because every other airline flying out of the same destination that day managed to transport their passengers' luggage without a single issue. Air Premia was the only failure.
Because of their incompetence, we had to wait in massive, exhausting lines just to file a baggage claim report. To make matters worse, Air Premia has completely ghosted its customers. They have absolutely no phone number to call for baggage updates. The only way to communicate is through email, and their responses are automated, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.
The most stressful and dangerous part of this situation is that my luggage contains my critical, daily medications for diabetes and high blood pressure. I am currently stuck waiting in Busan with no medication, and they cannot even give me a specific delivery time. They told me it would arrive "tomorrow" but couldn't specify when, forcing me to waste an entire day of my trip trapped inside waiting around.
On top of everything, when I emailed to demand accountability and ask how they plan to reimburse me for my lost belongings and extra emergency expenses, they completely ignored the question.
Air Premia is an absolute disaster. They do not care about passenger health, safety, or basic customer service. Save yourself the stress and danger—fly with a real airline instead.
