Had a burner and wax melts bought me burner good but melts no good couldn't smell unless standing right next to the burner. Customer service bad I emailed to ask how long it should take to be able to smell as wasn't sure had a email back asking for the batch no I sent the next morning with a photo of the burner and the melts still no reply after 2 weeks Have gone out and purchased other melts
