I have Known James for Years He’s one of the Best Colleague to have working by your side but a even Greater Educator he helps you to understand the learning process and offers outstanding support whilst learning on his courses. I would say he’s driven to provide Excellence in this Profession.

James is a cracking trainer....I sat the SIA top up course.... a course nobody really wants to do. He made it interesting fun and educational......

Had a 6 day course as a Bristol door supervisor with this trainer james burrows. He is a complete c**k 😂 . Nah I joke he is a very informative teacher, very thorough and I learned a lot like anti terrorisom first aid, hand cuff training, physical intervention and safeguarding.
Very well worth picking THIS TRAINER as he knows his stuff.

Was recently trained as a Door Supervisor by Airsec Group. James Burrows had made the course super enjoyable showing outstanding professionalism whilst also being very relatable and funny creating a very positive experience. If this course was taught by anybody else, I can definitely say it would not be as enjoyable. He goes the extra mile to ensure every student is competent and aids in offering real life scenarios and employability skills. Would definitely recommend and I will be taking all future security courses with Airsec Group limited.

Just completed my training with James B from Airsec, possibly one of the best instructors I’ve had and I’ve done a lot of military/civilian career courses, firm but fare, very approachable, happy to help if required,

Would recommend him again.

Had a door supervisor course in Cheltenham, James Burrows was my trainer.

Great group of lads; no judgement from anybody and we had a great laugh while learning a lot.

Feel a lot more confident getting into door work after being taught by an experienced trainer who explained how the reality of the job works and how to act in tense situations.

Great experience, was a lot of power point but as a trainer James kept the class engaged and made it fun

Yep... the Airsec team were great at the Midlands Air Festival event. The parking staff had a good bit of energy and we had some humorous and eager wave-on's as went through.

Door staff was efficient, friendly and the queue was kept well. Good job all.

Came friday and saturday
Friday we were early and close to main enterance
Saturday we came later in day
Spoke to a young lad on entry
As i had juzt come out of hospital and was using 2 sticks
I we could get a bit closer to the entrance
He directed us to right under a tree right by beginning of normal parking area
So i had less area to walk
Well done lad
We were in a silver jaguar
