Horrible service
I received two faulty items in one package: a CO2 adapter and a shotgun.
The gun had waddings and BBs inside and its push/firing pin was stuck what prevented even the proper chambering.
I sent the shotgun back to a warranty repair which they completed in more than a month.
When I got the gun back it worked for a very short while but then the same issue started happening again.
Since I didn't want to wait for another month to not being fixed I took it apart by myself and it turned out that they butchered the bolt.
The screws were deformed, some of the heads where sheered off and there was an obvious cut mark across the back of the bolt.
When I asked them about it their reply was: "the APS company had all the screws very tight and glued, we had no choice but to use other, less suitable tools and force to disassemble the given part."
So they call THIS as warranty repair. Shame.
