Took ages to arrive - when it did they won't take back for a return over 2 months later
Customer service doesn't reply to emails more than once a month, never picks up the calls and are not helping with a £3000 order i had placed.

Hi Arta, whilst we continue to sincerely apologise about slower comms due to COVID-19 related outages - it's only fair that we give the full picture as you have left several negative bits of feedback about us in various forums - none of which showing the full picture which we have documented in detail. I.e. That you ordered a product, were advised that it would take 10 days and didn't raise a problem with it until several days later; the same 10 days that is in our shipping policy - and then tried to cancel the order at around day 6, citing the delivery timeframe. You claim that we didn't reply until after you ''were forced to order elsewhere'' and "received the product from another company in 3 days" - yet you ordered on Saturday and was given an update on Tuesday.
That means that you ordered elsewhere almost the same day that you ordered from us - the fact that you also later said that the item was cheaper where you purchased the second product (ironically, we would have price matched if given the opportunity) suggested that you found a better deal and decided to blame us. You received the product in around 11 days, took a photo with it stored incorrectly and unopened and yet put in a completely false and fraudulent bank claim stating that the product was unacceptable - before it had even arrived and before it had even been opened.
As it stands we are currently responding to your bank dispute whilst you still have the product as after saying you would return it, you elected for us to arrange collection right on top of Christmas - just in time to receive your bank dispute.
