Item arrived in good time all seemed good. I got a shock from item twice and decided to contact them. Item is faulty and they will not refund me. I did not know it was China until they sent me address to return at my coast. This was about 8 emails later... They con people saying its uk. They know that returns to China will put people off. My item was sent to me from a UK address, but they tell you to send back to China? This company is selling under different names as they have a bad rep. And the hairdryer is actually £30 or less on other honest sites. So the postage and the money they make us actually what you are paying for.

I did not got the hairdryer, they do not give me my money back. Been in contact for over 2 months and no product and no money. It is a bigg scam. So do not order any thing.

Why didn’t I read these reviews before I bought . The dryer is like going through a wind tunnel and if you have fine hair is not suitable. I asked to return it , was offered 5% off , no I wanted to return offered 35% off - silly me said I wanted to return !! £32 postage to China , 4 weeks later sitting in customs for more payment , another £55 deducted for fees and like other customers I got £117 back . An expensive experience, like others I believed it was a UK site, easy returns what a joke!!

I purchased this hairdryer expecting it to be of a similar standard to the Dyson, whom it compares itself to, its not!!.I then contacted company to ask for an address , so that I could return, after lots of emails back and forth they eventually sent it. I packaged item and sent and heard nothing back. so all in all , I'm mow over £200.00 down. Tried contacting them and they've gone quiet. Waste of money..rubbish company.

Don't buy this hair dryier from airtecho,you will buy the same hair dryier on Aliexpress, but 4x cheaper without all the hustle that airtecho will put you through!!! It is a nice hairdryier but Aliexpress price is more accurate for this item and has more accessories in the set.

The product arrived after 8 days. On the website it says 2-3 days delivery which is misleading hence 4 stars. I emailed the customer service requesting updated delivery date and got a response within 30 minutes. The product itself is very good with the temperature control and different styling features. Website might be off putting due to poor translation from Chinese. Taking into consideration that all electronics (or parts thereof) comes from China anyway, I don't see a problem. Nice alternative to the overpriced Dyson.

Received today 8 days after ordering. I have naturally curly hair so have only tried the difuser. My curls turned out brilliantly! It's way more than I'd usually spend but looks robust all the settings work and it was well packaged. Don't bother with the panic mongers I did email customer support for find out an expected delivery date and get a reply within an hour.

Ordered 6 weeks ago, no sign of hairdryer, no reply to multiple emails.
Started a fraud claim with the bank and got a refund today.

Ok i panicked after reading reviews after i ordered it last Friday and it has arrived today 1 week later. Ive switched it on . all the switches work.
It has lights for the different heat settings and lights for the speed settings, its quite powerful and very lightweight . the nozzles are magnetic and perform as they should . There is no actual branding on the hairdryer and the CE mark is a sticker

NOW what you have to remember is this is basically a cheaper ( half the price ) version of a Dyson , its only a hairdryer that is all, not a potential life saving piece of equipment. you can probably get an even cheaper version but this seems ok . I ordered my hairdryer before reading the reviews, so was pleasantly surprised to receive it one week after ordering.
There is little to find fault with, it is light in weight and quiet. The attachments clip on easily magnetically. There is a good instruction leaflet. I gave it 4 stars as the led lights are rather difficult to see, very tiny on a bronze background - but really it is very simple to know what aitr speed/ temp it is at. It has a cold setting as well as a blast of cold.

I ordered hairdryer from this company on the 30th June. I am still waiting for it. Went on website and it says still preparing even though it states same day delivery or 1 to 3 days busy period. I e mailed airtecho a few days back to say urge delivery. On looking again it's still saying preparing. I have emailed again and still waiting for a reply. What an awful company. Avoid at all costs.

on the 28th June I paid for a hairdryer believing that this company was based in the UK as it is described as a UK company. Although I received confirmation that the payment was received as at the 7th July I still have not received the product. I have sent 2 emails asking for information and have received neither a reply, explanation or the product, so I must assume that I have been scammed.

The business is a scam.
1. The product is a made-in-China cheap knock off brand. Even the plastic wrapping paper on the product has Chinese written all over

2. If you read their fine prints about not covering shipping and return? There is a reason for that. They demand me to return the product to a personal location in China and these types of international shipping can easily be $50-70$ for the box.

3. If you attempt to refund, they will continuously answer by saying giving me a 5% refund if I don't return, then 10% when I refused, all the way up to 20%. However, after that, they actually blocked my email when I attempt to contact them with the return address.

I will keep this thing as a emergency at home if my main dryer is broken. But do NOT buy from them.

It's a really good hair dryer...great value for money and I would recommend this product to anyone while letting them know they may sometimes have to wait a while as they are out of stock. But many of these reviews are about the service rather than the actual product, so I feel compelled to give a slightly different perspective.

Avoid this fake 'brand'!
Chinese website, Chinese hairdryer without CE attestation - seems very cheap and dangerous.
Returning this item will cost you shipping fees to China, without any ganrantee that it will arrive ... We will never get a refund, though we have sent it back the same day we have received it.

Payment on the website is display in EURO, but I had to pay a 5,81 EURO bank feese for international payment, what NEVER happened to me.
Probably hidden Chinese currency or other...
No 3DS confirmation upon payment.
No legal mentions on the website - we have requested our card to be blocked and replace. This website could steal our card informations...
All these 5 stars comments, so identical : "I bought it for my fiancée/ wife, etc."

I absolutely love this hair dryer - the 4 magnets are premium and I'm glad I tried it before buying a Dyson hair dryer.

Appalling service. The website looks good and it states a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. I received one and it was not as described on their website. They are insisting I return to China (not the UK where it came from). It doesn't say this on their site. Also, as it was not as described it's their accountability to collect and take back. It's a scam, product is good but ignore the Guarantee and any issues they insist you pay for it to be sent to China - avoid as this breaches UK legislation which they state doesn't apply to them!!

My wife works at a salon and after reading the reviews I ordered one for her birthday in enough time. Yes, the tracking was a bit sketchy, but after chatting with customer service, it all become clear. It really is a great hair dryer, faster, lighter and quieter. Wife loves it so much and use it regularly now….

Purchased for my wife, after 6 days of shipping and delivery experience we were happy with the product when it arrived. This dryer is very lightweight and easy to use, with good temperature-controlled airflow. My wife thinks the magnetic attachment is a nice design feature….

Ordered this alongside many others who saw it as top rated on 2 different review sites to then panic when looking at the many negative reviews here about them being frauds and faulty and not EU approved etc.

I called my ban to try and cancel the payment to be told I could only cancel my card (which has such a nightmare of a knock on effect for direct debits and subscriptions etc) or wait 30 days to see if it arrived and if not raise a retail dispute - I chose the latter and low and behold 1 week later, IT ARRIVED!

I'm still a bit nervous about it after someone saying it's not up to standards and could be dangerous but to be honest I've compared it to other appliances I have and their plugs and it all looks in order. It feels good quality and I'm excited to try it out.
