When I first got my airthings a year or so ago it was great. The company then released a new app which is not compatible with my model so I can no longer use it. Update: the customer service cen... See more

Lack of professional approach and overpriced products.
I have two Airthings Wave Plus which only have bluetooth functinality - meaning you need to manually connect to these every single time to get data.
I received email from Airthings about introduction of a hub, which will enable ease the data access. In this email, there was a discount code. I used the discount code to order a hub and addtional wave plus. I received an order confirmation and money were reserved at my bank account. Suddenly, I could see the status on Airthings.com that my order is cancelled, without any email or phone call to me.
They are clearly not following the laws and seems to not have a professional approach. I should contact the Danish Forbrugerombudsmanden, but on the other hand, Airthings products are overpriced, so I think i am lucky not to have spend more money. Hopefully, they will cancel the reservation of money from my account.
Update:
The money reservation was deleted. However, it was really bad experience and I cannot recommend this company to others.

No support and bad quality product
The product "Wave Plus" is really over-priced and does not work properly. it loses the pairing and when re-paired all your data is lost.
The company do not answer e-mail at all, I have tried for three months without an single answer..
I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants a working product or expects support.
Waste of money
Waste of money. Tested the wave plus for some weeks now. The sync between the app and the wave plus is slow and never up to date.
Haven't been able to get data from the wave plus for the last 24 hours... it is just a fancy useless brick with lights now.
Support are not really listing...

AirThings Wave is not working as advertised
AirThings Wave is a product that is not ready for the market.
It looks good, the instructions are good and the app functions well. For a while, that is. After a few hours, days, weeks or whatever the data transfer from the device to the app stops, data/statistics are lost from restarts and trying to make the darn thing work as advertised. I am using a plain and standard Samsung S7.
Do read the PlayStore ratings for the Airthings App also before considering to buy the Wave unit.
My device is soon going to be returned if not yet another uninstall, reboot, new install, new pairing etc solves the problem.
