Ridiculous policy
Ridiculous policy, ordered 2 bottles, one meant to be a different colour, so go straight back in to change it! But it can’t, I have to wait to receive it then send back! Absolute shambles, customer service made me wait so long that it could have been done there and then!! Will not be buying anything else from here!

It leaks
It leaks, flavor pods are not good and even if you are within your 30 day window they won't refund you. Unless its unopoened!! How will you know if it leaks unless you open it! DO NOT BUY THIS
Just try another brand
We purchased two air up bottles for our 8 year olds who are used to using similar types of drinks bottles.
The bottles both leak and the rubber top that pushes into the top of the bottle does not seal tight and both have leaked a lot when being used.
No tipping of the bottles nothing. Even with the lids on tight they still leak from the same place. Even the loops on the lid have perished and split within a month of purchasing.
Treated, used and cleaned following the company instructions provided. Contacted over 15 times with emails as no other method possible and every time fallen on nonsense excuses and then finally passed on to the dedicated special team that now a month in haven’t bothered to contact me.
My advice would be just opt for something else. Any other company would probably arrange for the items to be returned or replaced or even something rather than endless team member giving useless advice that is tried repeatedly on the hope it was correct but then reported back that still the issues were there on both products the company then turn their back.
Just choose another brand that might actually take the efforts needed to resolve an issue rather than make excuses and not respond

Bought a bootle and a pod, a month now still have not received the product. Not good at all.
Don't buy
Don't buy! One Month late and still no delivery. Air up have sent my order two more times and still Evri have not delivered the goods. I have an upset son. Evri have returned my order back to the sender three times now. Why? I have no choice but to ask for a refund.
Great delivery service and rather impressive product
I was very dubious about purchasing this…regarding the delivery of it from the
reviews on here as well as the performance of the actual water bottle. I ordered on Friday 31st of March at night and it is Tuesday 4th April and it has arrived. So that is brilliant in terms of shipping!
We ordered a few different pods to go with it. My son loves it on first impressions. He has tried mixed berry, which he likes and Kola which isn’t as noticeable in flavour.
I think it’s quite good and if it gets my 10 year old drinking more water than I applaud the concept. I just hope for the money it isn’t a gimmick and ends up at the back of the cupboard.

Each time I have been told to wait, and then been told they will get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been 4 days now! Each time I chase this I am told to wait. I don’t know what else to do.

My daughter saved her pocket money for one of these bottles - that never arrived - it was delivered to the wrong address but returned to the driver and then it vanished. AirUp Customer Service have been amazing and have sent her out a replacement bottle. Alex was super helpful and very prompt when responding to my queries.

Because i ordered a black one but i got a green one and i contacted them and they gave me the black one and said that i could keep the green one! Best service.
