Ordered my pillow 12/28/25

Ordered my pillow 12/28/25. As of 4/8/26 it is still not received and the company refuses to refund my purchase. They have also stopped responding to my many emails after telling me over and over that it was still “on the way” but giving me no tracking information. I have reported them to the BBB.

This product is drop shipped from China

No where on their website does it say this is drop shipped from China. It states you will receive the product in 5 to 7 days. More like 6 weeks.( I received it today) I told them 2 weeks agp I wanted a refund and they stated they would refund my money but when I received it, if I ever did, I would have to pay the shipping. Wondered if it was to China!!! Bad website!

This fake device listed here will allow air to be pushed back into the mask and push the obstruction further down which can be FATAL.

These devices are not regulated by any country's medical device regulatory body, do not work, cheaply made and are very dangerous. They use LifeVacs IP to scam people.
