Ordered my pillow 12/28/25. As of 4/8/26 it is still not received and the company refuses to refund my purchase. They have also stopped responding to my many emails after telling me over and over that it was still “on the way” but giving me no tracking information. I have reported them to the BBB.
No where on their website does it say this is drop shipped from China. It states you will receive the product in 5 to 7 days. More like 6 weeks.( I received it today) I told them 2 weeks agp I wanted a refund and they stated they would refund my money but when I received it, if I ever did, I would have to pay the shipping.
