We’ve had a great experience working with Airyze. Communication is a huge deal when working with a 3PL, and you won’t find any that are as responsive. We have been working with them for about 4 months, and all orders have shipped out on time. Running an eCommerce business can be tough…we’re lucky to have a great partnership on the fulfillment side so we can focus on growth.
If I could leave zero, I would definitely do so. Truly the WORST experience in inventory and shipping fulfillment.
We were all set to have our inventory transported to another location and handled there. Drake (owner and complete incompetent) did a good sales pitch on what and how he could handle things for us.
So we rerouted our inventory and had it delivered. Bad decision!
First, he never mentioned that he has better than "banker's hours". Not sure what the deal is where he's located but he only seems to operate about 4-5 hours a day.
When it arrived there it was evening and after looking at it for awhile and doing nothing. He then opened up one product and proceeded to break it (We have a lot of glass pieces). And after that he simply wasn't capable of doing anything.
He didn't know how to bring the inventory in. He had people standing around and doing nothing. The only one competent was his wife who was able to inventory and catalogue items without an issue.
So after a lot of pacing and talking to himself, he declared he couldn't do this! And we had to move out products immediately. We're now at 8-9pm on a Friday night! Seriously?
Anyways, the inanity and insanity continued from there. I highly recommend that you avoid this situation as it will be a costly mistake on your part, There are many better, more accessible and effective options that this.
