Terrible experience! Their service didn’t work properly, and the customer support was completely unhelpful. Once the eSIM is activated, they refuse any refund — even if the service doesn’t work. Totally unfair and dishonest policy. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company — worst post-sale support I’ve ever dealt with.
