Is this a real company?

Placed an order, with next day shipping, and got a generic order confirmation.
Then nothing. No response to emailed status inquiries, but after few days the online order status was updated to cancelled, with a credit note indicated rather than a refund. Still no communication from the company. The only saving grace was that I used paypal, who refunded the money after a couple of weeks, again without any response from this company. If the prices look too good, then they are. Avoid.
