This company's customer service is terrible. They say they made the delivery to my address, but it never arrived. I've been trying to contact them, but no one answers. Does anyone know anything about this? How can I contact someone? I have a solution to my problem. I hope someone has received their package. I'm waiting for a response from someone who knows anything. Please contact me. Thank you.

Never received my package but system says delivered!!

This is one of the worst shipping companies I have ever dealt with.
I was given a tracking number, but the shipment was never delivered and the tracking showed no real progress at all.

I tried contacting them multiple times, but they never replied and offered no support or solution.

What makes this even worse is that the seller I bought from continues to use this shipping company despite all these problems, which makes the whole situation feel misleading and unfair to customers.

I feel that my time and money were completely wasted. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shipping company and any store that works with them.

My package tracking indicates a successful delivery to my address (marked as "Delivered"), however, the item did not arrive. When attempting to seek resolution through your provided "Contact Us" page, I found that support is not replying to customer inquiries.

I have been waiting for an order, which was 'out for delivery' for days. Now status says 'delivered', but nothing has been delivered to me.

SCAMMER COURIER - FAKE COMPANY

Bought A Lot of Shoes, Tracking Says it has been "Del, ivered" to my address but NEVER ARRIVED. When you go to the Contact Us page, they never reply back to you.
