Warning: Withdrawal Blocked Unless You Deposit

I tested this platform with a small deposit, and when I tried to withdraw, I was told my account was “restricted” and that I needed to deposit additional funds to “activate” withdrawals.
They avoided answering direct questions, refused to let me withdraw my existing balance, and repeatedly pushed for more deposits instead of providing a solution.
Any platform that requires more money before allowing you to access your own funds is a major red flag.
Sharing my experience so others can avoid the same situation.

1000% a SCAM

It’s a major SCAM and I have proof!! After purchasing a few contracts I read some reviews and decided to save all my contracts as pdf files to see if Aixa would try to change the wording in any of my contract history later on. I checked periodically to see if the vip section about purchasing multiple contracts would show and all of them did not say to purchase multiple contracts, I checked often so I could show them my saved contract files. After a while I went to withdrawal $1000 and nothing happened so contacted customer service and all of a sudden they said I had breached a contract, I looked in my history and they had changed one of the contracts to say I had to purchase multiple contracts. I sent them the original contract which shows I don’t have to purchase multiple contracts and they tried to accuse me of editing my contract rather than admit they changed the contract. This company is a scam. They will let you withdraw small amounts until you try to take out more than you put in.

And AIXA - before you try and tell me I don’t have an account with you I definitely do so save it.

ICLOUD SCAMMERS MY EXPERIENCE!

AIXAMINER, HASHFLY, GENESISHIVEMININNG
Search AI on Google or Bing and see what they say.

- They are a scam I built up my earnings to over $15,000 and when I tried to withdraw $500, to pay some bills they blocked me and said I wasn’t in compliance. They wouldn’t respond after that.
ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS “DONT “. They have a great website and talk a good story, but they will scam you out of your money. I have tried other iCloud mining companies but they are all the same namely Genesis Hive Mining, HashFly and now AIXAMINER. They (3 companies) got me for over $200,000 plus what I have earned over $5million. They bait you in and keep demanding more money, taxes, upkeep of the equipment, penalties all with the premise that when you pay them your account will be back to normal, you think and trust them but they are all scammers. Make 2026 a great year and don’t fall for these schemes.

Aixaminer is widely reported as a scam by numerous users and consumer protection sites like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Scam Tracker. Despite marketing itself as a legitimate, regulated cloud mining company, it displays multiple characteristics of a fraudulent operation.
Red Flags and User Complaints
Withdrawal Issues: The most common complaint across review sites like Trustpilot is the inability to withdraw funds. Users who reach a certain balance are often told they must deposit more money to "activate" their account or pay "taxes" before any withdrawal is processed.
Unrealistic Promises: The platform advertises extremely high, fixed daily returns and short-term contracts with guaranteed profits, which is not possible in real, volatile cryptocurrency mining.
Fake Registrations: While the company lists a Colorado Secretary of State registration and a FinCEN MSB number, these appear to be misleading or misused. The BBB notes the company is not an accredited business and is not licensed or regulated by relevant authorities like the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
Aggressive Recruitment: The platform heavily relies on multi-tier referral and affiliate programs, a tactic often used by pyramid or Ponzi schemes to bring in new money to pay off earlier "investors" until the scheme collapses.
Generic/Fake Positive Reviews: The few positive reviews often appear generic or part of a coordinated effort, contrasting sharply with the numerous detailed negative reports of financial loss.

I followed the rules explicitly stated on their website. And they told me I had to buy a second contract to allow withdrawals from first. When their rules states buy a contract and then when it matures you can withdraw I did just that and they are holding my withdrawal. Not happy at all.

SCAM SCAM PLEASE READ IT IN DETAIL

This is a scam , they are just here to rip people off, to test this theory i started aixa miner in August with their free trial contract which is of $20 and started investing my time instead of real money because i had a feeling it might be scam. I had long conversation with them back in October about withdrawal, they told me there were no hidden charges blah blah and even the free contract users can apply for withdrawal once their account balance reaches $100 , fast forward to December, Yesterday when my account balance hit $100 i went to their "customer scam support" and again confirmed for the withdrawal limit on which they replied that the withdrawal limit for free contract users has been increased to $200( i though it was fishy) , and again today i went to their chat(to ask a different question )and they directly told me no withdrawal if there's no deposit history ,they just want your money nothing else so please don't invest in their platform
Ps- They have blocked me on chat i guess because after i confronted them there's only been single ticks to my messages and they are now asking for my number haha

Scam / financial fraud

I believe this site operates like a pyramid scheme. After depositing funds, my withdrawals were blocked. During conversations with support, new terms and conditions were introduced that were never mentioned upfront and were used to justify blocking my withdrawal. I was then asked to make additional payments to unlock my funds. This experience feels deceptive and I would strongly warn others to stay away.

I've been mining on AIXAMINER using a free $20, with daily payouts of $0.8, for about six months. Today I reached a $100 balance, which meant, according to their site, that I can now make a withdrawal. Guess what their support said. I must deposit $100, which I'm not gonna do.

Hello, because our free project contract already yields $5 per day, the minimum withdrawal amount of $100 only applies to users who have deposited funds, not to users who haven't. The minimum withdrawal amount for users who haven't deposited funds is $200.

Big lie

This platform is a big liar because when I signed up they told me that whenever my account balance reaches $100 I can withdraw via free contract, but now that it has reached $100 they say you have to deposit to unlock withdrawal.

BEWARE, SCAMMERS !!!

They let me withdraw approximately $900 and then blocked my withdrawals. Customer support told me that I had allegedly violated a contract that had already been terminated. So it was impossible to verify the terms of use of this contract! Originally, they wanted me to pay 5x $3,500 as "liquidated damages" because I didn't purchase two consecutive contracts, but then their fake "audit department" reduced it to 1x $3,500. I deposited $3,500, and they promised me that after I purchased new contracts for that $3,500 as compensation for the missing second contract in the series, my withdrawals would be released. That didn't happen because the fake "audit department" didn't agree. Then they demanded another $3,500 from me as a penalty for breaching the contract. I didn't pay them. My withdrawals are still blocked, I have almost $12,000 in my AIXA user account, but I can't withdraw it. The worst part is that I can't even withdraw the money I invested in their company, not counting the profits from their Ponzi "mining." First, I have to pay a $3,500 penalty, and then they will supposedly unblock my withdrawals. I don't trust them and won't pay them any more money. I lost my $7,500 investment!!!

DO NOT INVEST HERE, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS, LIARS, AND CRIMINALS!!!

When they come to you with a made-up story about an alleged breach of contract because you did not purchase two consecutive contracts, do not pay them anything!!!

According to Trustpilot's "User Comment Policy," which explicitly prohibits the use of comments for commercial promotion or malicious attacks, our company has compiled relevant content into formal complaint materials and submitted them to the platform for review and processing.

In fact, users who have genuinely used our platform know that our withdrawal speed and customer service response efficiency have consistently maintained a stable level. The official website clearly states the official email address as info@aixaminer.com, and the claim that there is "no customer service and no email address" is inconsistent with the facts.

Currently, our company has completed the evidence preservation work for the relevant false content. We will subsequently submit a complaint to the market supervision department in accordance with the law and resolutely safeguard our legitimate rights and interests through legal channels.

My boss was driving me crazy last…

My boss was driving me crazy last month, kept asking for these really complicated comparative reports crossing multiple data sources. My wife was getting annoyed I was staying so late. So I gave Aixaminer a try, hoping it would cut down teh time. it was okay. just okay. The interface felt kinda clunky, you know, not super intuitive for someone who isn't a tech genius. i was expecting something more très chic, but it felt very basic, like an old spreadsheet system.

Sometimes the data export was messy, too. I guess I spent nearly as much time cleaning up the file as I saved from the initial analysis. It's fine for simple stuff, maybe, but nothing heavy-duty or complex. A colleague recently mentioned Fos groveltd might be worth a look for those more specific analysis flows. They apparently focus on better integration. just a soft suggestion, I'm not really sure yet, amd I need something reliable. anyway, this whole project is draining my brain. rock on

AIXA Miner blocked my withdrawals despite fulfilling their contract

I showed your reply screenshot to your customer service. They did not do any justification. Instead they asked for 2X payment within 24 hours. If you are a legit company, please allow me to withdraw the funds I deposited right away.

I joined AIXA Miner’s “International Charity Day” project, which promised a $600 cash bonus. The contract clearly stated that if a VIP user did not buy the required “serial project contracts,” they should contact customer service and resolve it as soon as possible — otherwise, they would owe 5× liquidation damages.

I contacted customer service right away once I found out about this. They assured me once I fulfill the contract package then "immediately I will be able to withdraw”. So I followed their instructions, and purchased the two serial contracts within time frame the CS had allowed— in fact, I completed them earlier than the deadline.

After sending the payments, they told me I had fulfilled it “late” and that I now had to pay 2× liquidation damages. However, the contract does not mention “late fulfillment or 2x liquidation damages” — it clearly allows users to rectify issues through customer service, which I did.

Despite fulfilling everything as per the contract, my withdrawals were restricted, not only from this project but also from other projects that had no issues. When I asked to withdraw only my original deposits and not their income, they refused.

On August 20, 2025, AIXA Miner emailed me, assuring:

“The profits you earn on our platform are net profits, after deducting company fees. There will be no unexpected fees when withdrawing funds. You can rest assured.”

Based on this assurance I invested in this firm. This was funds from a line of credit I took to pay my daughter’s educational loan. AIXA Miner has taken everything.

I am sharing this so others do not go through the same pain. Please be careful before investing with this company. Every action has consequences, and no one can live happily by taking others’ hard-earned money.

Hello!

First, we must clarify: Your claims of "allowing small withdrawals but then rejecting them due to non-renewal of contracts" and "not having a mining farm" are completely inconsistent with Aixaminer's compliance operations and reflect a fundamental misunderstanding of the platform's rules. We would like to clarify each of these points with verifiable evidence:

1. Regarding "Withdrawal Restrictions": There is no "withdrawal rejection due to non-renewal of contracts" rule; withdrawals are only subject to compliance verification.

Aixaminer, as a legally registered Colorado company (ID: 20201094901) and a FinCEN MSB license (No. 31000300350248), adheres to the principle of "withdrawals subject to project contract fulfillment."

Whether withdrawals are small or large, the sole criterion for review is "withdrawals subject to project contract fulfillment," which is unrelated to whether or not a contract has been renewed.

If you're experiencing withdrawal restrictions, it's likely that your account hasn't fulfilled the project contract requirements. Simply follow the prompts to complete the project contract to unlock withdrawals. No additional steps are required.

II. Regarding "No Mining Farm": The physical mining farm can be verified in real time and is not a fabrication.
Your claim that "there is no mining farm here" is seriously inconsistent with the objective facts:

The mining farm's relevant qualifications (lease contract, power supply agreement, and third-party operation and maintenance report) are all on file with the Colorado Secretary of State's office and can be accessed upon request. This is definitely not a "no physical mining farm."

III. Regarding "Compliance": The entity and qualifications are backed by government regulators and are not a "scam."
- The company's status is listed as "Good Standing" on the Colorado Secretary of State's official website, and there have been no compliance violations since its establishment in 2020.
- The FinCEN MSB license allows the platform to provide cryptocurrency-related fund services. Every fund flow can be traced through a blockchain explorer, and the security of funds is protected by the US financial regulatory system.

If you still have concerns, you can verify your identity through the following official channels:
1. Visit the Colorado Secretary of State's official website (https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/) and enter your company ID "20201094901" to verify the legitimacy of the entity.
2. Visit FinCEN's "MSB Registry" section and enter your license number "31000300350248" to verify your business qualifications.

We understand the importance of investment caution, but accusations of "scam" must be based on facts. If you can provide your account registration information and screenshots of your withdrawal rejection notification, we will immediately conduct a dedicated investigation and resolve your issue. If you cannot provide factual evidence, we will file a complaint with the market regulator and pursue legal action to protect our rights.
