No Customer Service, Poor Website

I had bought 2 more of their "Pro" Zigby Bulbs through their Amazon store only to find out the firmware was out of date, older than the others of the same bulb i bought.

There was no info I could find on their website about firmware so I contacted them to ask how i can get a copy of the latest firmware (I use a dongle and zigbee2mqtt)

I got no response from their customer support but instantly started receiving daily marketing spam.
