I enquired about a BMW that was for sale in AJ Cars Sligo. I dealt with the Main Man himself AJ. He dealt with me in a courteous and friendly manner right through the process.
I traded my car against a newer model and I was very happy with the deal
I had a very good test drive and enjoyed the whole experience.
On collection the car was presented in brand new condition. Top notch service all the way. I would highly recommend dealing with this company. Ray Kavanagh Dunboyne

Very rudely respond if they not interested. Offered hybrid trade in which would be understandable if simple explain or just yes or no, NO NEED HYBRIDS

After checking reviews, it became clear this behavior isn’t an isolated incident. Many others have shared similar experiences: rude treatment, dismissive responses to offers, and a general lack of professionalism. The dealer avoids taking responsibility, blaming dissatisfied customers instead of offering a solution, which shows a complete disregard for basic customer service.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any dealership. If you're looking for a professional, respectful car-buying experience, avoid this place. Save your time and money—plenty of other dealerships value customer service and will treat you with the respect you deserve."

I bought my second car off Aj recently and it was a pleasure doing business with him. All his cars are immaculately presented and both my car's were delivered and the whole process was hassle free and would recommend him highly.

Bought car which didn’t match description and came with multiple damage and no MOT as promised. Aaron put in writing that he agreed for car to be returned under Consumer Rights Act, took car back and AIC won’t or can’t give money back. He’s still got my money and trying to sell car. He’s also done this to another vulnerable man and owes him £30,000. He has broken the law and he lies constantly - please avoid. I can support and document this review which is now in hands of the law.

Rang this Andrius guy looking to buy a car. He is the rudest man I've ever spoken to. I wouldn't buy a car off this guy if he was the last dealer on earth. I'd rather walk. What a way to run a business
