Extremely disappointed with the service…

Extremely disappointed with the service and customer support provided by AJIO.

I placed an order on 26th May and subsequently raised a return request. During the return pickup, the delivery executive mistakenly collected a product belonging to a completely different brand instead of the item intended for return.

I immediately reported the issue through customer care and email, expecting a fair investigation and resolution. However, on 11th June, I received a call from the customer support team informing me that they would not be returning my product, despite my clear explanation that the wrong item had been picked up by their delivery partner.

What is even more concerning is that the responses to my emails appear to have been sent without properly reviewing the details and evidence provided. The replies were generic, irrelevant, and failed to address the actual issue raised.

For a well-known brand like AJIO, such unprofessional handling of customer complaints is unacceptable. Customers trust the platform with their purchases and expect accountability when mistakes occur. Instead of resolving a genuine issue, I have been left without my product and without a satisfactory response.

I request AJIO to thoroughly review my case, investigate the pickup error, and provide an appropriate resolution. I hope no other customer has to face a similar experience.

Very disappointing experience with AJIO’s return service. I raised a return request for a blue sheath dress on 12th June, but the item is still not picked up despite multiple follow-ups with customer care. The pickup date keeps getting delayed, and the updates provided are unreliable. It has been over 10 days now, and the issue remains unresolved. This is a pathetic service experience. Please improve your pickup process and provide accurate timelines to customers.

I would have given no stars for this website. It should be rated yhe most annoying and useless website. Placed an order twice for a shirt to gift my husband, after a week it said out for delivery. I waited daily for the delivery but received notification saying that couldn’t be delivered without any reason. And then every time I contacted customer service for their help they cancelled and refunded saying the order isn’t delivered due to logistic constraints. This they should have checked prior taking the order.

Bought a pair of shirts.
Came after long time but ordered XXL size when I wear it I can’t even button up my shirt. Every other brand XXL fits fine. Shirt material is soooo so poor it’s like they picked up the cloth from the garbage. They purely scam. 823.00 is a waste.

Worst experience with Ajio and its seller. I am especially disappointed with the Ajio website and customer service. This was my first purchase from Ajio, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They seem unwilling to help customers or resolve issues properly. I would not recommend purchasing products from Ajio based on my experience. Very poor service and support.

Very disappointed with AJIO's service. I ordered a top for my trip and carefully checked my address and PIN code before placing the order. Despite this, my order was marked as "Return to Origin" and was never delivered.

I called customer care twice for help, but both times the calls were disconnected without resolving my issue. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously.

Not only did I not receive the product, but I was also informed that the refund would take 10–15 days, which is very inconvenient when the mistake was not on my side.

This experience has caused a lot of stress and disappointment. I expected better customer support and delivery service from AJIO.

I had a very disappointing experience with AJIO's customer service and delivery process.

The return, refund, and exchange procedures are unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient. The biggest issue was with my recent order, where the delivery executive marked the package as "Delivered" even though it was never handed over to me because I was unavailable at the time.

When I tried to contact customer care to resolve the issue, my calls were repeatedly placed on hold for a long time and then disconnected without any proper assistance. This made the entire experience extremely frustrating.

Customers expect transparency, reliable delivery updates, and responsive support. Unfortunately, AJIO failed to meet these basic expectations. I hope the company improves its delivery verification process and customer support services to prevent similar issues for other customers.

Should Avoid at Any cost

This Platform is only good until you are not facing any issue with your order. When you need customer support then that actually does not exists.
My wife ordered a Kurti set, the product came with different color and tag was also missing. So raised return request. First the pick up took more than 5 days. From the very next day of raising return request, every morning got SMS of out for delivery but no one came for pickup. And everyday, EOD another SMS, customer not available for pickup.
then finally when the pick up guy came, he rejected the pick up telling product is different and tag is missing.
That was the only reason why we raised return request. !!!!!!!!!!

Return issues

Very disappointing experience with AJIO. I received clothes that did not have the original tags attached, and the products looked quite different from what was shown on the website. When I requested a return, the pickup executive refused to accept it because the tags were missing—even though the items were delivered to me in that condition. I had to contact customer care, only to be informed that the resolution process would take more than a week. Customers should not have to go through such inconvenience for issues that are not their fault. Expected much better service and quality control from AJIO
