While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

DO NOT ORDER OUTDOOR FURNITURE FROM AJNA LIVING

DO NOT ORDER FROM AJNA LIVING

*Please check other buyers' reviews on Houzz. We did our homework and thought we were looking at authentic reviews for Ajna Living (not sure now). We were deciding between Outer, SummerClassics, and Ajna. We had a large event at our home in late August, so we were trying to find outdoor furniture in stock. After chatting with an Ajna rep at their site, who verified the sectional we wanted was in stock, we placed an order on 6/12/22. At the time of the order, their website had a banner across the top advertising that their furniture was in stock. In fact, they made a big point of this on their site as a feature other companies did not have. We even went through their sales chat box to confirm the ad was correct and that what we wanted was in stock - we were told it was. Ajna wanted full payment, and we had been down that road before, so we used Affirm to break the payments up to 90-days same as cash. That way, if we did not get the furniture by the date promised, we would at least only be trying to get back 1/3 of the total. Thank goodness we did this! Upon ordering the furniture, we immediately noticed we did not get a shopping cart verification from Ajna. We did, however, get an immediate message from Affirm that we would be charged the 1/3 down. We requested Ajna to confirm what had been ordered and the total amount charged (to date, this has never happened). We went back and forth with Ajna, trying to confirm the delivery date and various issues (including the original order) through 7/14. On 7/14, we requested a telephone number. On 7/15, we were told there was no telephone number for support. After several more emails, we canceled the order on 7/17. We are now waiting on a 1,700+ refund from Affirm. I will update this in 30-days if we do get the refund.
