Everything was smooth from ordering till delivery. Item as described. Fast shipping. It's great to do business with. There is nothing to regret. Highly recommended A+++++++

Purchased Bosch TPMS sensors for a VW Passat B8, but they are completely unusable. The sensors could not be programmed or relearned, even when using an official Bosch TPMS activation tool in an authorized workshop. Despite being listed as compatible, they simply do not function.

Contacted customer support via email and received no response. This resulted in wasted time and additional costs. Very disappointing product and lack of support.

Avoid this shop!

I bought various screws for VAG that were listed as out of stock at similar retailers in Germany at the time. Immediate transfer via PAYPAL. One of the items was not available there as well and the amount was returned immediately. The announced delivery period of 7 days was adhered to. Everything is fine - thank you AK24

Continuously relaxed service. They were patient and i was too. Therefore missunderstanding related problems about KLARNA payment had been wiped out. The delivery took some time, as expected. My Bulli wheel bolts arrived in good shape and matched as they should. I am happy with it.

The Good
Every part ordered over a period of 6 months has been exactly as described(5+ orders). Many international shipping options available. Ak24's competitors have lost my business for exclusive use of DHL express(worldwide) and excessive shipping charge.
The Bad
Do not appear to carry any stock as order processing has taken upto 7 days on some orders.
The Ugly
No uglies to speak of...

Item was sold out in Germany, found it in their shop. I asked via email if available. Got answer a few hours later so I ordered. And delivered without any problems with FedEx

The prices quoted by our local authorized service centre are very high (even after discounts), as expected. Also, some of the parts that I needed were not available at the usual online stores recommended by members of the UAE Alfa Romeo community (Planet Alfa). I cannot remember how I came across ak24parts, but I found that they have everything I need, and at very reasonable prices, including DHL shipment! (Hope the pricing remains this way forever! 🤞🏼)

I was initially sceptical to place the order, because none of my contacts had even heard of them, but I decided to take the risk.

Placed the order on Sunday 14/12/2025. Initial delivery date estimated by ak24parts was 29/12/2025. But to my surprise, the delivery arrived on 20/12/2025!

I was still nervous, so I opened up all boxes and thoroughly checked and confirmed that all the parts are exactly what I ordered.

The only poor review I've seen online is that international returns and refunds can be a major headache and not smooth. So my only advice is that when you place the order on the website, you must be 100% sure that you ordering EXACTLY what you need, leave no room for doubt.

Was skeptical initially with this website. Emailed them and was given efficient replies. Proceeded to order and items (in stock) were sent within 2 days as promised!

Right from the beginning AK247parts were very good. They replied to emails I sent quickly. I was given confirmation of order and receipt for payment by return. Item was quickly despatched and delivered by DHL. We have only praise for this company.

Good prices and good service. I received a faulty control arm, but they offered to send me a new one with no questions asked. Shipping is not extremely fast, but what do you expect when it has to go through several countries? I can recommend this store.

Took my money then claimed items weren't in stock. Now waiting up to 7 days for a refund

This is a follow-up to my previous review about AK24Parts (Autokaubad24 OÜ, Estonia) regarding my $134.80 order.

After weeks of silence, the company finally replied and admitted that:

The product was returned, but they delayed the refund for over six weeks because “the importer has not given feedback.”

They refused to refund the original shipping cost, claiming they are “not obligated” to do so.

Both statements are incorrect and unlawful under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Articles 13 & 14) and Estonian Consumer Protection Act §56, which clearly state that:

A seller must refund all payments received from the consumer, including the original delivery cost (except for premium shipping).

Refunds must be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Their six-week delay and partial refund ($101.40 out of $134.80) clearly violate these rules.
They ignored multiple messages until I contacted them again myself.
“Waiting for importer feedback” is not a valid reason to withhold a refund.

No after sales support, once they have your money they don't want to know you. Wrongly boxed parts supplied and if your past their short 14 day window for returns ( at your own cost) then you're stuck with whatever they've supplied you. Awful company to deal with.

⚠️ Warning to Customers ⚠️
This company is dishonest. I returned the product immediately upon delivery, exactly as instructed and in perfect condition. Yet, they falsely accused me of opening it and unfairly deducted €20 from my refund plus another €20 for shipping costs.
This is a clear scam and lack of integrity. I strongly advise others not to trust or deal with this company.

I rely on reviews so the more honest the better. AK24Parts… you won’t get overwhelmed with communication but they did what was required. I went for expedited delivery and have been impressed both with the exact quality of the part ordered and the speed of processing and delivery. I will where needed be using them again if that helps anyone cautious about buying from abroad. Thankyou AK24.
