Fraser and Chloe have been amazing - couldn't have got my house without them. Worked really hard to find an option that would work for me and my family over an 18 month period - they kept me updated throughout and answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid and been my support throughout this process. I contacted Steve last year off the back of a friends recommendation to assist with securing a mortgage offer taking into account my role as a Company Director as opposed to a salaried employee. Steve and the team were fantastic, providing thorough but jargon-less advice (no question was considered too stupid!) and always available on the phone. Once the mortgage offer had been secured, Steve and the team dealt with everything else behind the scenes with our solicitor all the way through to completion without hassling us once, meaning one less thing for us to worry about in the run up to the house move, everything on the financial side was seamless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an efficient, friendly and great value for money service.

Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of the team at Akers Pritchett. I've used them over the last several years for a range of services - new mortgages, mortgage renewals and general advice. They are super quick at getting back, explain everything in full with upfront costs (if any!), and always just lovely to speak to. Great work by a great team. Their response to my initial remortgage enquiry was very fast and they acted quickly to find out what my options were. James and Sarah were especially quick and informative and very good explaining things in layman's terms. Akers Pritchett did the leg work to get us a mortgage. It took them 3 different providers to get us the mortgage, as ours was not the easiest case. After we got the mortgage, it was plain sailing

Having previously called and spoken to James, he on numerous occasions had given me great advice with no obligation or heavy sales follow up calls. Quite the contrary.
I then met with James for a local face to face mortgage appointment to discuss a complex case of remortgaging to settle a secured loan.
