Definitely recommend this company - extremely effective, great communication, very efficient and acted upon matters in a very timely manner. Just completed on a remortgage from buy-to-let to residential. Absolutely amazing help from Steve & Kim. Found me a mortgage til I’m 80 not a position I thought I’d be in at this age, but life doesn’t always go to plan. The whole process was simple, easy and faultless, with Kim keeping me updated all the way. Well worth the small amount they charge when others were not able to get me what I needed. Also, they’ve just sorted my daughter’s remortgage too. Highly recommend this company.

The whole team at Akers Pritchett were amazing start to finish in our whole mortgage process. As FTB we had a lot of questions regarding jargon and the process. Hi – I had a fantastic support from Akers Pritchett team. I want to give them highest point I can give on any feedback. There was regular comms, updates by email, text and ph call. My application progressed within a Week. They found the right lender and discussed my requirements and financial situation. Mortgage was almost agreed even before they officially submitted the application to the lender. Then this was just matter for the survey to be completed and then mortgage offer was issued immediately.

I paid their fee for a remortgage 2 years ago but had to pull out of the project through no fault of theirs. I recently revisited the project and Steve honoured the fee I’d already paid, re-did the work at no extra cost and the project was successful.

After being recommended Akers Pritchett by some friends I’m glad we took their advice.
