would give them zero if I could

would give them zero if I could, absolutely useless in my situation, also been given management phone number who don't answer or have phones off (very unprofessional) no one who I've spoken to at AKG actually knows what they can do to help they just fill in forms and send you on your way, they won't reimburse you for travel only £0.25p per mile, so will end up costing you money to attend meetings, unprofessional bunch of unhelpful pencil pushers, also no one to speak to in regards to complaints just an email that probably never gets read, good luck dealing with this lot.

Good job coach

My job coach helped me getting my DBS check, supported my mental health with some special sessions, also helping me feel more comfortable about work again with different short courses.
I would love to thank my work coach Samuel Foster especially for his support.
I do think the part where they give you back the bus fair needs more work as I never got any money back and alongside going to their office and also the regular job centre did put some stress on my economics.
Overall I had a good experience and I am a little closer to getting a job.

Pointless restart programme

Pointless restart programme
They're trying to force people onto jobs working 18 hours per week so restart programme can say they got you a job even though you need to be doing 35 hours per week.
Apparently if they get you working 18 hours per week you don't need to go to the restart programme, but then then you need to go to job centre instead.
Restart programme is a con and they don't help you get a job. They haven't helped me at all. Ita just a waste of money paid by tax payers. The UK government can't keep wasting money on programmes that don't work.
I saw the restart programme people all sat around drinking cup of tea becaise they have nothing to do.
