Informed that Terms and Conditions require an independent investigators to be associated with BWFA. BWFA doesn't cover Scotland.
Never received a copy of the Terms and Conditions.
Unbelievable noise from day one of fitting. Atkinson and Kirby / Archwood, following its own investigation, has absolved itself of all responsibility. That position will be challenged.
I was told I'd receive the investigative report in days. It took almost a month for me to get a copy (after several emails and calls), due to Atkinson and Kirby / Archwood's 'policy' and its incredibly poor communication.
If you’re looking for flooring, I’d advise you look somewhere else, otherwise you too could be walking on what sound like discarded crisp packets. Maybe you prefer a sea of rice krispies; Snap! Crackle! Pop! Perhaps, you prefer the sound of walking in a creaking haunted house? Whatever your noise preference Atkinson and Kirby / Archwood may have the product for you.
Initially, I believed I had purchased quality flooring. Initially, I believed I would receive quality customer care. Neither turned out to be true.
If I were able to to provide a no star rating I would.
A sudden influx of positive reviews = defensive and what I consider to be concerning customer service.
