I purchased 5 pairs, lightweight and very comfortable. By far, one of the most comfortable sneakers I have ever purchased. The price is excellent!!

Very lite, comfortable shoes. Look great and feel great. The price is very attractive also. Tread might be a little slippery in our Wisconsin winters.

This experience could have been rated a 1 star except the customer service does return email inquiries within 24 hours. I ordered 2 pairs of snow boots for my wife and they took forever to arrive. When they did arrive, the quality was no better than a cheap pair of house slippers. Actually, I have had better house slippers. Either way, no chance were they good enough for an Ohio winter. When I requested a return, they sent me the policy. It says that I am responsible for the return cost (fair enough). What I do not appreciate at all is the fact that they will also charge me a $5 processing fee for each pair. The total cost of the return would return to me around $5 a pair. AKK.com's lack of ownership of their horrible quality is unacceptable and I would advise all to stay away from this company. They will not be in business very long.

I ordered a pair of boots about a month ago and still waiting… I emailed them today. We’ll see if they respond. If so I’ll be sure to change my review. But right now I’m very, very displeased. Be warned

Ordered November 1. No sign of them except payment made. Emailed them 3 times. No tracking status available 4 weeks since ordered. Starting to think it's a scam!

Ordered pair of winter boots on 10/31. It is now 11/20 and after several attempts to get either a tracking number or a refund, there has been no reply. CC company also charged me for an overseas purchase on top of the charge from akk.com. Beware, SCAM

My mother ordered these shoes and gifted them to me. I was pleasantly surprised. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever worn. Lightweight, skid resistant, and cute color and style. I will be ordering more. Thank you!

I ordered two pairs of boots from this company. It took a month to get them and then they came wrapped in plastic. No tags. No boxes. No receipt. The boots were advertised as “Genuine Leather”. And they are NOT!! Cheap and from China. I contacted customer service right away and it took them a few days to get back with me. Finally, they got back and I told them I wanted a refund. They sent me their refund policy and it only gives 5 DAYS for a refund after delivery!!! How convenient. I’m taking this up with the FCC. Huge mistake.

Made a purchase and my item was returned to sender. They could not give a refund as they say it will be destroyed. Sent another and returned to sender. Requested refund if less than $20, says no and stopped responding to emails. Even TEMU delivers to my address without issues.Won't ever purchase from them again.

I do not recommend buying products from this company. Their product run small and very unreasonable exchange or return policy. You have to pay for all the shipping to send and return it to you plus they charge a $5 processing fee and do it within 5 business days. So basically you're left with no product and no money back.
Their main website is also very deceiving. I put a review on the shoe that I purchased and it said pending verification. I verified via the email and my review never got posted. That means they only show good review/ratings. The other poor reviews, they do not show which is deceptive.

I absolutely love these shoes! I would have given a 5 star but the shoes squeaks very loudly. Thus the reason I just bought another pair fingers crossed that the new ones are quiet enough.
I work at Wendy's Corp, so they are always looking at me like what's wrong with you that you keep wearing those shoes. They don't know the comfort.

Overall as expected. A bit flimsy on the inside but it was affordable so I expected that. Took a bit of time to arrive.

Well I ordered a size 10 women's shoes & received a size 391/2. Don't even know what that size is but I know I still have bad blisters on my heels!! Very disappointing!

I cannot give a good review for this pair because I have not received them yet.According to the tracker they are somewhere in Georgia and USPS has not received them yet.This is the second pair I have ordered and I gave the first pair 5stars because they were so comfortable and I received them much quicker and so I ordered another pair.

I placed my order 10 days ago and was just notified that the shoes I ordered were out of stock. I was offered a different color but that's not what I wanted. I asked for a refund. Haven't received that yet. It shouldn't take 10 days to notify someone something is out of stock. It should have been listed as out of stock on the website.

When I received the shoes they were the wrong color and a little small so I contacted them and they quickly sent out another pair in the right color and a size that fit. They went out of their way to make things right.
