Your prices are amazing but when it comes to your delivery charges it leaves a lot to be desired - I ended up not buying a very large order from you as it looked like the individual delivery costs were simply multiplied up per bag so i only ordered one bag in the end - it’s a real shame

Our shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, as the couriers we use charge us per parcel. We used to build the shipping costs into the price of our products but have found that the majority of people prefer it this way with the shipping costs added at the checkout. The benefit of this is that it allows us to pass on any discounts we receive from the couriers. For example, DHL offers us a discount for every additional parcel in a single order. So you would be charged £5.40 for your first parcel and £4.20 for every parcel after that.
It is by doing this that we are able to offer such competitive prices on our products, as a lot of other sellers build the shipping costs into their prices.
Taking your order as an example. If you had ordered two bags it would work out at £28.92 + £9.60 shipping - bringing the total price paid to £38.58. Whereas, if you were to buy the same 2x bags from the next cheapest seller you would end up paying £37.98 + £6.99 shipping - bringing their total to £44.97.
I hope this provides some clarity and reassures you that we do all we can to provide our customers the very best products, at the very best prices with a range of shipping options to suit all needs.

Upon checking the tracking with DPD I can see that they are requesting a description of the goods so that they can conduct a search if their depot.
