I’ve never had a problem with this place, ordered many times, always got my order, but this time they haven’t sent them out, order been pending for 3 weeks, no answer to my emails, such a shame as it was a good company, if they are away, I will understand and change my review if I receive my order

If you want stress then order from this store. They have no safe payment method and when you send them payment they will not answer phone or email. They read your WhatsApp massages and ignore you. I don’t know they know how to run a business. So incompetent as a seller. They refused to send me a refund and refused to send me goods.

I'm not advise anyone to order from this website because is totally scammer I order vitamins syrup they take the money and they didn't send any order confirmation aftet few weeks when I received my order they send for me big bottle and it was empty inside it's look like they top up by them self anyway I'm scared to using it and never again order anything from this Akuasi store is dodgy website

I ordered Jergens and other cream, on 24/8/23, I have lost hope when I didn't receive it, but they sent text msg to me that there was a delay, and I got my parcel two days later.

Everything was intact, product was exactly what I ordered, I'm so pleased with my purchase.
I will recommend them to friends and family they are so good.

It’s a total scam, they will take your money and never answer email, phone or messages.

I purchased few times from them and always received my order well packed and precise.
My first order came a bit late, but the following orders were arrived faster than expected.
Overall, I think it is a good and trustable business.
