Great service great product

Our overall experience with Akuma has been amazing! We were able to get custom netball dresses for our girls and loved that Akuma were keen on ensuring they were exactly what we wanted. The whole process was quite easy and we are super excited to have new kit!! Some of the girls did find the dresses a tad bit shorter than expected so I would definitely opt for the longer option if you are on the taller side. Special thanks to Chris Prosser and Ellie Ward for their help !

From Start to finish the process was extremely easy and communication was spot on. The shirt quality was brilliant and withstanding the tuff rugby conditions.

Initially helpful and attentive, however several invoices where produced as they kept missing items, kit quality good but need to order 2 sizes bigger than the items we tried on as they arrived tight and snug, items came quickly but problems at invoice stage meant items not on invoice arrived and payment then demanded,

I'm revising my review, I had a bad experience with sizing for my daughters customised shorts. I had used the sizing chart to order, but the size came up a lot smaller, I contacted customer serviced and they were very helpful and proactive in resolving this from me, so this has turned an initially bad experience into an excellent service. Just a warning to check measurements and perhaps contact customer service if unsure.

Initial review for transparency:
Really disappointed with the sizing. I’ve order some club shirts for my daughter who has bad wears 26inch waist. The shorts ordered, 26inch. They are 22inch at best. They do fully stretch to 26 but come on they have an internal tie. 26 is 26. These shorts were ordered with branding the size chart gives age and waist size , one of those dimensions gives accurate sizing the other, well let’s just say the variation in sizes of the girls in the age brackets is immense. I am unable to return these shorts and now have to guess what size I need to reorder. Shocking.
