This company practices nothing but bait and switch.
I requested Termite Elimination Service in mid-2024 and paid $600 for their initial inspection and treatment. After collecting the payment, they told me other workers would come to set bait traps. Months went by with repeated calls and delays. Nearly three months later, they admitted they had lost my contract and forgotten about me, finally setting out a few bait traps in February.
Instead of eliminating termites, these traps were only used to “locate” infestations. APS then told me it would take another two months before they actually applied termiticide. More months passed, and after multiple calls, I was given nothing but excuses. At one point, a representative even showed me a doctored contract claiming it was only an annual plan—something I would never have agreed to, especially with an active infestation in my home.
As of 09/12/2025, no termiticide has been used. The termites have been fed, not eliminated. APS denied my request for a refund and left me with nothing but frustration and damage.
This company practices nothing but bait and switch. I am now seeking legal advice regarding their actions.
